Easy to find what I needed on their website at a very good price. Very quick delivery too. Kept informed of when my item was despatched and tracking details given too. Brilliant company for all your camping and caravanning/motorhome needs.

The product was sold at a sensible price against others of the same. Very helpful when I contacted them due to problems with the c.card. Goods delivered on time as discussed. Will use them again when next I require parts.

Stated 3 - 5 days for delivery, actually took 15 days! No communication from the company until I queried where the order was. Very poor

Went to one of their shows in Nottingham as we had no idea what awning we wanted, there are so many choices! They were very helpful, I did find the same item slightly cheaper elsewhere but bought from LO anyway because of the help they gave us. Had small problem with order which they sorted out very quickly via email, will definitely buy from again, cheers!

Packaging - it arrived in a box way too big. The product box was ripped really badly and had it been a gift I would have returned. Product is as expected to be fair.

I ordered a cover for my caravan, and it was delivered promptly but unfortunately did not fit. I contacted the company and they gave return instructions immediately. Within a very few days, a refund was received. I consider my experience of Leisure Outlet to be excellent, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future

Placed an order on 31/3/23 that was in stock and should’ve been delivered in 3-5 working days. Still not received it yesterday so sent them an email regarding update. Received a reply this morning at 9.05 to say it was being shipped to me today. Then at 1.45 I receive another email to say it’s out of stock! Went onto their web chat to complain about their service and their reply was ‘mistakes happen’ . With today’s technology, their website should clearly know wether something is in stock or not. Not impressed!
