Aug 14,2023When we ordered we were advised the product was in stock then 4 days later rang to check it had been dispatched as we hadn't received any emails and advised of a delay due to being out of stock. Due to delay we haven't used the product yet.

They didn't but advised me to call them instead of buying online and they gave me a 5% discount. Very happy 😊. Quick delivery as well, can't fault them in the slightest and will definitely use again.

Aug 11,2023Bought a caravan awning last month used it once and started leaking in … sent lots of emails and photos and actually tried to blame my new caravan for the fault 🙄the awning is not right and not fit for purpose and saying they won’t do a thing for something I’ve had 4 weeks and used for 3 days …or and if I want to send it back to be checked they are going to charge me £15 .. absolute joke 😡so I’m now stuck with an awning that’s not fit for purpose… Don’t buy from this company after sales service is a joke …

Have tried the awning out in back garden and all seems fine so looking forward to our next trip away. Would purchase from this site again and would highly recommend.

Aug 14,2023I have ordered from this company several times but this has been the first time of returning an item. The customer is expected to pay for the return (unless faulty). No advice note or returns label & instructions on its return was sent with the item. This would have simplified the process of having to make several phone calls to Leisure Outlet in understanding their returns policy within their T&C's which were not clear.
