The only complaint I would have is that I was assured by the agent I spoke to on the customer service line the my order would be dispatched and be delivered next day if I placed my order on line right away. Placed order online while on the call and didn't not receive the order for another 2 days. The only reason I paid more for the product and placed the order with this company was to get it in time for a trip. Re reply - just went through the process to place an order again and there is no option to select next day yet it is stated on the individual product and as I said, I did talk to customer service and offer to place the order there and then but was told to go back online as would be quicker.

Whilst the price of the article was good, the price charged for delivery was atrocious, £4.99 for a 6”x6”x1” packet that was slow to arrive and packaged with so much plastic

With so many inferior Chinese products about, it's always a gamble buying products online and trying to judge quality by photos. However, I was more than pleased with the quality of this product, a very comfortable chair which was built to last, and the fast delivery service was a bonus.

Ordered a bike on 20th June . Sent the wrong bike in a well used box. Waited in thee times for collection. Eventually the correct bike turned up damaged and in a distressed box that had been somewhere else first , with stories to tell. After endless emails back and forth compensation was at last made on the 15th August to cover damage but not aggravation.

I went along to the awning event they held as I wanted to buy an awning for my trip 2 weeks later. I collected the awning and drove just over an hour home. Once home I opened up the plain brown box and discovered it was completely the wrong awning. I spoke with customer service who arranged a collection and for the correct awning to be sent out. This also arrived as an incorrect awning. So this was also arranged to be collected. After the collection was made I contacted customer service to ensure the correct awning would be sent. They told me it would be as soon as they had received it into the warehouse. 5 days passed ( and the day i was due to go away) and I had heard nothing from them. I contacted the and they said they could not find it in the warehouse, i looked on their website to find that the awning we had paid for was out of stock. I have now asked for a refund 4 days ago and was told only yesterday after i chased again that i need to call them to give card details. I was then told it will be another 7 days until receive the refund. So almost 5 weeks after buying the awning and my holiday being cancelled I am still without awning. Generally very poor performance from Leisure Outlet. Will definitely not recommend.

Inflatable kayak delivered 14th July. When I inflated on 3rd Aug I noticed it was defective - missing some straps on one side. So immediately sent a photo to leisure outlet. Even now (14th) the kayak is still with me. I just want it picked up and refunded. As it was found faulty within 30 days of delivery I expected a fast resolution, but I am still waiting as leisure outlet are intent on waiting to hear from the supplier before they even collect it. Update 17th August …Order SR20565463 which I have provided already. Been calling and emailing regularly today is two weeks since I notified you of the fault and still no progress. Disgraceful. I asked the manager to call me last week and no call back.
