Bought a bike from you - no quick release for the front wheel in packaging. Can't use bike, very disappointed. Having to go all through the hassle trying get this part from you. Still not delivered, got one from amazon quicker. Absolutely pissed off.
The price for my Sevylor Adventure canoe was cheaper than anywhere else I found. Now, when it arrived - pretty promptly - there was no skeg and no pressure gauge in the package... I know, that sounds bad but, their answering service was answered immediately and within 30 minutes I got a call back saying the missing items were on their way. Not only that, but they were sending me an upgraded pump, with pressure valve. You can judge a company by how they react when things go wrong. Top drawer. Thanks Adam and Dan.

I have to say so far i am really disappointed! I wanted to secure a particular bike after a lot of research for my daughters 4th birthday approaching in November. I noticed you can order now and have it stored and delivered just in time for christmas! I thought let me see if i can perhaps get it stored and delivered for her birthday the month before. So i email in and to my delight i was told it was possible. I then placed the order and notified the team that i had done so and would like it delayed. I then had confirmation from Millie Jacklin that this had all been organised. To then the next day get a message to say it was out for delivery and yodel had received it! So i emailed twice and no word back so i called first thing. I was relieved to hear the lady on the other line say she believed yodel would be able to delay the delivery for me. I was extremely shocked she thought that was possible and she reassured me. I hadn’t heard anything back after at all so i thought to check the app and it indeed said she has delayed the delivery but only until 16th October!! I then call up and a gentleman did try to assist me but i had to try to explain a couple of times i would like it delivered 17th November ideally if possible so if it can be prepared the week of 13th november. He then kept saying he will organise for it to be taken off the shelf on the 17th and despatched after. He clearly was not actually listening to what i was saying. My mum witnessing the call just told me to give up and let it be delivered as it is, as we have no faith your company actually know how to facilitate this. It is really frustrating as we still have her old bike which we now need to urgently sell to make space but of course we also will need to keep it in its box hidden away from her which is going to be a massive challenge to find the room. It has really been a let down! After challenges to spend so much on a bike, i know how to have it stuck in our front room in the box for 2 months.
POOR!! Ordered a blow up awning, cancelled the order and decided to have the item shipped to Spain. Cancelled order accepted, re-order confirmed. Cancelled item sent to our home address whilst were in Spain...for 5 weeks. Poor communication throughout. Weeks went by, limited reponses. As we are nearing heading home, it was made clear to cancel the order for Spain delivery as w'ed be leaving soon...no response. The day were leaving, DHL Spain ring to say theyve got our parcel, 400 miles away and itll cost £280 in taxes on top. No thanks, return to sender. The orders were originally placed on the 6th and 7th of August, its now 3rd October, i received the first refund yesterday, returned the parcel they delivered in error three weeks ago, still no refund. Ive used Leisure Oulet for many years, not anymore. Isolated errors, probably. The lack of communication and non response to emails is the nail in the coffin. Not even an apology.

Bought an Airedale 5.0s from you this year on the understanding it was this years model As I have been unable to obtain the sun canopy which was advertised as an accessory I can only assume it is old stock when trying to speak with your ur “online chat” they cut me off
Very quick delivery time and product was good value. However the postage charge was a little on the high side, costing the same price as the item.
Great service let down by delivery charge and using Yodel. Won't use again due to Yodel being dire. The delivery made me question whether the £2 extra for Amazon was a better deal. Bought a bike lock and the delivery box looked to have been opened and resealed by Yodel. The lock has the code for spare keys printed on the box! This made me order another identical lock from Amazon. From fear of spare keys being ordered. Didn't waste my by contacting leisure outlet as no decent company would use Yodel... I feel like I have wasted £30.

I Bought the Bridgford Skye 220 Deluxe Caravan Porch Awning 12 weeks ago and that is exactly how long it lasted 12 weeks. Not fit for purpose, customer service terrible and rude with no offer of any money back. I believe my Awning to be faulty as other residents on the caravan park have the same awning but unaffected. A complete waste of £160
I asked for them to match a price I had found on some bikes which were quite a lot cheaper and they kindly did this for me, it was really straightforward and delivery was fast, couldn’t fault the service I received. I spoke to Imran on the phone who was very polite and helpful.
**UPDATE ON 20thOCT'23** **It looks very much like this business has shut down. For many days now the chat is offline, phones, emails are unanswered, their contact page shows CLOSED against every day and now their twitter, facebook and instagram pages have been closed.** I have now been waiting several weeks for a courier to collect a high value item (battery generator) for repair under warranty. Each time I make contact I am told someone will contact me back urgently to arrange the collection. No one ever has. It's like Groundhog Day. I am told by Dan again and again there is nothing they can do as it is up to the manufacturer to arrange as it is under warranty and they do not have any responsibility themselves. This of course is not correct. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations such an electrical item costing over £3000 would be expected to have a lifespan far in excess of one year and as the seller they are responsible for this irrespective of and aside to any manufacturer warranty which is in addition to the CRA and which the consumer is under no obligation to utilise. When this was put to Dan he told me in a recorded phone call that the Consumer Contracts Regulations did not apply to them and that he would terminate the phone call if I suggested this again. Today I phoned the manufacturer directly and the person answering told me that they could raise a collection immediately if the retailer contacted them and that there was no reason this could not have been done weeks ago. I deliberately bought from an established seemingly reputable business due to the item being a very high value item, it is very disappointing to experience such inept customer service lacking in knowledge of even basic consumer rights and the inability to at least return phone calls or recognise and act on something that has clearly become unacceptable. At this point I have little confidence the item will be collected, repaired and returned within any sort of reasonable timescale and as the days pass by and the faulty item still sits here it seems ever likely that legal intervention will be required to get things moving.
Good price, Deliverys in good time. One star off for a lack of communication regarding expected delivery date.

I can't give 0 stars or I would. The story is lengthy, I will try and keep it brief. Early August I phoned to find out stock availability. I was told they had the 2 brackets I wanted in stock. I ordered online, then had to phone as I had an issue trying to pay online. (Never usually have a problem). So I paid over the phone (no indication with stock problems for my order). After a few days I received one bracket in the post. I enquired as to why only one bracket when I ordered two. Out of stock I was told! Annoyed, yes I was indeed. The other bracket would be with me Monday I was then told. The following week no sign of the bracket. Actually it will be September they now say. So I asked for a refund, as one bracket is no good to fix on my awning. I sent the bracket back. No refund materialised. I waited and waited and then 20th September I complained and asked again for my refund. It was dealt with and I was told it had been processed. A week later I get a refund for ONE bracket!!! Argghh!!! Incompetent at every stage. Will never deal with this company again.
