Apr 21,2025No Internet all bank holiday weekend and unable to contact anyone. Expensive for something that don't work. Quick response once raised however referring to to help on website is not helpful when you can't access due to no Internet. Friendly staff and helpful once you manage to get through

Apr 18,2025We have a Lodge on Goldensands Holiday Park in North Wales. Been with LPIS for over 4 years now. As with any Internet you do get problems and downtime but always found LPIS to be on the ball resolving any problems relatively quickly.

Apr 10,2025Think the company needs to employ more staff waiting for our internet to be calibrated after moving to the next field .payed the £50 and have had no contact from company to say when this will be done this has been a few weeks now this is not the first time we have been kept waiting last year our internet wasn’t working and waited weeks for them to come .paying for the internet but not receiving it

Apr 02,2025Totally disappointed with this WIFI service. Visited Unity site in Brean this weekend a took out a 2 day multi device package (priced at £15) for the duration of our stay. Whilst we did manage to connect our devices to the WIFI the connection (on each device) dropped out after about 5 minutes and kept asking us to reconnect using our user id and password (again). Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable practice when trying to stream a programme or work on the internet. Absolute waste of money and definitely won't be using these services again.

Mar 19,2025A very good WiFi service, it hasn't let me down yet, the price hasn't changed either, so I am very happy with the service we get and would recommend to anyone needing a reliable WiFi system. I have had it for over 2 years now and no complaints of the service I receive.

We only had one incident with poor connectivity Which wasn’t there fault and they were quick to notify their customers . The connectivity is so very quick and I would highly recommend this company. Feb 06,2025LPIS completed the installation without me having to make a trip to the caravan park, they managed access to the caravan directly with the park. I was notified when the install was complete. My next visit to my caravan the details to connect to the network was provided. Up and running within minutes

Feb 05,2025Whole service from enquiry to installation was great. Great communication and service throughout. When our park was having a re fit we had intermittent service but were kept up to date at every stage. Wifi was fab, no interruptions or buffering when watching on more than one device. Great company and customer service agents to deal with and highly recommend

Jan 22,2025Only reason I am giving 3 stars today we are on the same park but upgraded to a lodge initially Internet was connected no problem then it suddenly went down we where told our Internet service was being shared between 3 vans 1 being our old van they arranged for engineers to visit on Mon I phoned today to ask if engineers fixed the problem to be told yes but service went down again and they would send engineer tomorrow now being the Thursday funny though no engineer I have been told asked for access to our van on Mon ??? We have used this company for 3yrs now with only 2 callouts during that time and recently the service has been upgraded at the park my point is.why tell me someone was out Mon and somehow with no keys for access lost a bit of trust here I am disappointed tbh

Apr 23,2025We had a problem with our Wi-Fi after a new electric meter was installed. After the electric from the mains was switched back on it fused the WI-FI box. I called LPIS and although it was early afternoon the wonderful telephone operator ( Cassie ) promised she would try and send someone to help us. We were returning to Germany the next day and we were surprised and thankful that the engineer came ( Mike ) and sorted everything out with a pleasant and very helpful attitude. LPIS, thank you for having such extremely excellent employees, who are still customer oriented ( very rare ). Again Cassie and Mike thank you for the excellent service.
