Apr 05,2024Alex from LPIS came yesterday to install new internet in my caravan. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He got me up and running in no time. A1 customer service from LPIS as well. So far so good and internet seems great so far too.

Apr 03,2024I had Roy come and fit WiFi in my static caravan yesterday. Roy came across as a very friendly guy and extremely helpful, whilst here he connected both of my tv's for me as I am not very technically minded so he saved me the stress of working it out for myself. It seems to be working fine, so I'm really happy with the service. Thank you.

Mar 30,2024A caravan Wifi provider.. that can not provide wifi. You go to the caravan on a weekend or a bank holiday to chill.. WiFi is an important part of the daily life, whether it be for the children, a business owner or just to chill and watch movies.. Arrived at the van on Friday morning to no interest.. emailed twice with no response.. Rang on Sat afternoon to be told yes the Internet is down but no engineers to sort till next Tuesday.. We do pay enough for you to supply us an emergency engineer.. Shocking on all levels.. I will be seeking another provider

Mar 28,2024Friendly, informative and utmost professionalism shown from both office staff and engineer Roy. The Internet box is small and unobtrusive, range is excellent for our needs and the set up is quick and simple performed by an engineer.

Mar 12,2024LPIS team have been incredibly helpful and supportive and went above and beyond to help fix issues that were beyond their control. They was in continuous contact with me throughout the issues I faced and I even had an engineer pop in face to face to see if the issues were resolved. The Internet service works well, it's only down to a power issue in park that's caused my problems, but again LPIS did everything they could to rectify the problem. I'm a very happy customer, great work team 👏

Mar 09,2024The Internet has not been working properly on Ribby Hall for a week. Numerous people on site have been in contact to complain. Still the same issues 1 week later! Terrible service.

Mar 03,2024I’m currently at my caravan at Ribby Hall and the internet is useless, can’t watch Netflix and use the internet without constant buffering etc. It’s been like this all weekend and they know about it but haven’t sorted it out

Feb 20,2024Following several issues with our Park Wifi Giles got in touch with us first thing this morning to update us on the problems we had been having. After being disappointed at not having Wifi for two days we feel much better now we understand the issues that have been happening and are very happy that these issues have now been resolved. Just shows you can turn a very unhappy customer into a very happy customer with some good customer service. Thank you for dealing with our issues quickly and efficiently today everything is working working much better.

Feb 09,2024LPIS are great to deal with from the owners down to the office workers and engineers. Provide a reliable and fast service. Always checking in to make sure there is no issues and quick to react to any issues that may pop up due to adverse weather or new supplies needed. I have used them in the past 2 businesses i have been a part of and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special mentions to Paul, Giles and Cassie for always providing support to our 3 holiday parks.
