Happy with install especially as we didn't need to be at home waiting, was worried about cables running all over place but no need very discreet, only reason dropped a star was length of time had to wait for installation. Overall happy

The engineer was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. He listened to where I wanted the equipment placing so it wouldn't get damaged again. Then did a better, job than I expected.

Quick response to set up and so far so good. Only used WiFi for TV 1 night and it was all working apart from a couple of occasions when the bandwidth was lost.

We have WiFi supplied by LPIS for our holiday home at Ribby Hall Village. This has always been patchy and at times not been able to have access to the internet. We arrived last night (30/05) to absolutely no WiFi. I emailed them straight away and as of now (20:30 31/05) we haven’t had a reply. I did phone them and they said they were aware of the problem and that someone was working on it and it would be up and running by the early evening. Well this has not happened and we are still without WiFi. We were hoping to be able to work from Ribby to extend our time here but looks like we’ll have to go home now instead.
Alex was very friendly, was respectful by wearing shoe covers, wasn't phased by my dog barking at him and inspecting everything he was doing. Very professional and would highly recommend. Great service.

Jul 05,2024Currently at Seal Bay, impossible to get on WiFi for two days , paid for a 3day pass , then charged twice, every time I try to log on it asks me to choose a plan , tried looking at LPIS web site , can’t no WiFi , can’t do anything until I get home
