Worse company EVER! You pay a monthly fee and not sure what for because every time we try and use the internet it stops working! It is the most unreliable service for connection but also the most unreliable service by a company as their customer service is shocking, they are not open on a Sunday so if you are away at weekend and you lose connection there is no one to contact also due to them not open late at night again unable to contact them if there is any issues. However even when you do speak to them they are not helpful and blame the caravan park for the issues! They never respond to emails they say they will call you back and never call back! I want to be able to work from caravan but unable too as cannot trust the connection and this shouldn’t be the case!
If I could have given zero stars I would!! What an absolutely appalling system!! Beyond dreadful. Impossible connection…, way too expensive if and when you connect. Avoid at all cost !!
Absolutely awful service. Slow, unreliable, constantly cuts out. Internet is disconnected more than its actually connected. Customer service is non existant. Absolutely terrible service, terrible company. Nothing but cowboys. We are currently in process of trying to get our £200 setup fee back but it is doubtful. Please avoid this company like the plague

Had this Internet in my caravan, South West area, for 2 years now with no complaints. Great signal all the time. The power supply box failed one time and a new one was sent out straight away. Great customer service.
LOL, arrived to my usual destination in Prestatyn for a short week off. Got the instruction how to connect to the guest wifi provided by those cowboys.. Read T&C - yes, I read those for living. Trying to connect, landing on the page with registration. Trying to find price list, no way, ringing Customer Service, waiting 30 before getting connected, asking question about pricing for my location, they put me on hold for the next 10 min, nope, they have no clue, how useful is that... They say I must register first to see prices. Nice, so looks like LPIS is not in the business of providing services but more in the business of hoarding peoples data... My GDPR flags wawing like mad... No business with this completely incompetent bunch, I'll take my money somewhere else...

The Internet is not fit for purpose. Only works well when no other caravans are occupied! The company has no Internet address so have to be rung up when there's a problem. It buffers continually when the park is only slightly busy
We have had a couple of blips but generally the service has been consistent and good, had the system for over a year. We have always telephoned and received help and the system has worked well.
The service provided by this ISP can be summed up using one word “Unreliable”
Why the hell can you not choose zero or negative stars on trustpilot? AVOID this cowboy company at all costs, you simply pay them money and get NOTHING! not even poor service you get NOTHING!
Would give this no stars if there was an option, Internet is not fit for purpose both on download and upload, customer service is shocking just fob you off with excuses as to why there are issues or why no-one has bothered to call back if you can avoid this company overpriced for a very poor service
Avoid at all costs, the service is shocking, they tell you they are going to sort it then give a range of excuses why they haven’t. Over 2 years we would be lucky if we have service about 20% of the time. If you can find an alternative then I strongly recommend you do so!
Was wary about ordering from LPIS having read these negative reviews. Having canvassed experiences on the Park where we are however, these were encouraging so I went ahead. Our experience so far has been almost completely positive. Order placing was smooth as was lead time to installation- about 2 weeks. So far service has been reliable with a strong signal. The only slight criticism is download speed which is not lightning fast (12.6 Mbps), but adequate for video streaming and general surfing. Be sure if that changes I will repost!
Absolutely shocking.... Got to be the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Blatantly lied to us numerous times..Cancelled our appointments when we stayed in to meet them. Been waiting 3 weeks for a engineer to get our Internet back on. Do not and I repeat do not use this company.
Absolutely disgusting lack of service. I have been fobbed off with lies and deceit from LPIS since bank holiday Monday, phoning everyday and being told the line is down someone will get back to you. Today have been informed by parkdean manager LPIS has cancelled all WIFI on the park, not once have they bothered to inform their customers. This company is not worth 1 star. Appalling lack of communication. I now have EE mobile broadband, that is far superior than LPIS ever was. This company needs to be reported to OFCOM
We purchased this broadband from this company for our caravan. This service is unusable and not fit for purpose. Nothing can be watched on streaming channels. Our kids can't play any games, I have emailed the company twice, neither email was replied to. I managed to find a support page on the net, I was told that its was basically in hand. No time scale was given. I belive it was a generic email to fob us off. I would not recommend this service.

Jul 31,2023Once again arrived at my caravan in Drimsynie loch Goil and no Internet. This has happened the last 3 times we have been here and as it is a Sunday we can’t get any response from anyone at LPIS. Shocking service from a shocking company. How am I supposed to keep the grandkids happy when we can’t watch tv or use their devices. Slow service but not slow to take customers money, not even any suggestion of a refund.
