Since installed, never had an issue until recently. Speed always good and never any downtime. Recently installed Hive so router not being switched off/on as regularly as before so started having issues, but now know to reboot periodically and all is well. Would defo recommend.

Great service over the 2 years of using them, initially installed in the incorrect place, was rectified immediately, rented a caravan out with LPIS and not one complaint about the signal! Thanks again!
Guy who came to fit was on time, even called to confirm ahead of time. Quick clean install of DTV. Quick connection, as soon as it was set up it worked. No issues watching TV etc. Only thing that would make it better is a quicker speed package. (Currently on 30Mbs)

Lpis installed our wifi in double quick time and when we rang up with a query we got through quickly and the advisor was very helpful and patient. Good service all round.

Fitted whilst we was not even at the caravan. The technician even text to see what password we wanted. What more could you ask for?

Installed very quickly, up and running within 30 minutes. Speeds are excellent even with kids on their devices and us old folk watching Netflix. Can’t fault it.

problem with installation date which was resolved by Lpis. Engineer phoned to give time of arrival (on time), raining when doing outside install (no problem carried on), took off shoes when entering caravan to do inside install (completed very quickly and works great) engineer pleasant and polite (a credit to the company).
Was all ok after the wait for the installation,then was only on for 3 days and a payment was taken??
Excellent manner of staff on the telephone. Engineer turned up unexpectedly but fortunately we were in the caravan. However, they can access without the owner being present but in those cases you could not choose your own password. Internet works well, so far so good.
Wouldn’t have even given it 1 star Internet dropping is diabolical Constantly on the phone to them, this has been from day one, all they say is “oh yes I can see there’s a issue on site blah blah Technician will be there so bare with us” How long tell me how long is this going on for Get it sorted! Why are you taking my money! Grrrrrrrrrr
Absolutely horrendous. Went through the motions of creating an account and picking a package...once I had paid for the package and they had taken my money there was no forwarding page to finish creating the account! So I've paid for something I can not log in to!!! What the hell!?!?
Still waiting for a new connection nearly seven weeks after placing order. Fed the usual "we don't know how that's happened" from customer service, who still refuse to give a date when the operation will be completed. Unfortunately they are the only company who the site will use and in our past experience, Lpis are very slow to connect or address faults with their service. Very shoddy and poorly run company who use the fact they have the monopoly on our site to practice atrocious customer service.....AVOID

Jan 31,2024I have used LPIS WiFi supply to my static caravan in the south lakes for several years now and even with several devices including TV streaming I’ve never had a single issues. I’ve only had to make one phone call and that was to cancel my subscription solely down to selling the caravan. Even that process was simply and dealt with efficiently. LPIS thank you.
