Jan 09,2023Hello my name is Mark. My experience was great 👍! I came in early on Jan 6th at the Life Storage in Florissant on Dunn Rd. I came in looking for a spce for my particular situation. Both girls were helpful and very knowledgeable at their job. They showed three available spaces and I immediately got one. They deserve praise for the work they do.

Jan 09,2023The lady whom greeted me was righteous. Very friendly. Super knowledgeable about everything I may need. Even went out of her way to find me for the best space for me. (Which was an odd size) The facility is super clean and easy to get around. I highly recommend these guys for any storage needs!

Jan 02,2023So it started right when the woman reached out to me after reserving online. I forget her name( forgive me if you see this) She was friendly, personable, informative. The total package 100%. Then I go in to seal the deal and it has to be the same girl that called me at the front desk. She was just as amazing in person as she was over the phone. I can't belive she isn't the head of a CSR Dept at a major company. What an absolute Gem, with experience that stands out. Well done 👏 I am a Senior CSR for a major bank, and no where near as good as you were, hope to see you again.

Jan 01,2023To put it simply, the Store Manager, Mark, made it a great experience. I never rented a storage unit before and had a lot of questions. Mark was able to answer all questions and explain everything I needed to know about the company, the spaces available, etc. Mark is a great asset to Life Storage.

Sherry went above and beyond welcoming me, assuring the accommodations were just what I needed and made temporary accommodations if I were to need more space. She's always friendly, helpful and a true asset to your organization.

Jan 21,2023Shortly after renting a unit I ended up in the hospital with a very rare type 3 paraesophageal hernia. While looking at a CT scan doctors also discovered cancer in my stomach because of all this I fell behind on every thing basically I was handed a new life I didn't ask for. I begged this company for some compassion and let me get my clothing sentimental family items and my tools of trade which isn't much. In trade I said they could keep the furniture which is very high quality and not cheap. Their was answer was sorry but no. This is devastating for me because it's completely out of my control. It's all I have. The humiliation from begging was bad enough. And to have them just say no without an ounce of compassion was heart breaking. That's all I have to say.
