I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handle vermints in your storage unit this is totally unacceptable I call corporate I told him about the situation he was unwilling to sanitize the unit for me I have yet to receive a telephone number for the Pest Control man so that I can do with them scheduled time one-on-one I'm in heavy morning for loss of my oldest brother I asked him to sanitize this unit so that I can get in there I already have COPD they refuse to pay for sanitation but extended online payment until January now I've called a cute case of bronchitis I'm dehydrated no one has gotten out there and holds down the outside of that unit no one has a provided me with intelligent results I can't go in that storage unit like that without it being sanitized they offered to move me to another unit but I need a unit that is going to be climate control well I don't have to deal with governments I'm in heavy morning I don't need this aggravation they were supposed to be open Christmas Eve I have gone around there and they have been closed nobody has contacted me and they need to do a better job this is a health issue and I think the health department needs to be concerned and aware of this this couldn't be the first time that it has happened so why are they still renting units like this or people's stuff can be eaten up and they can get infectious diseases from these governments you know that's all that's fine and dandy but they're offered another unit but I'm disabled how am I supposed to afford to get it sanitized and also pay movers to relocate the stuff until I can go through it and find out how much damage is done I have new clothes with price tags on it I had to bury my oldest brother my car was T-Bone I don't have a vehicle I'm in a rental I expressed to them the urgency of giving me the Vermin man's number so I can deal with them directly why I have this vehicle so that something could be done this is totally unprofessional and lots of days ago and I don't appreciate it not one bit

The manager, Corey Jenkins, was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Plus, the unit I ended up renting is clean and has easy access.
I just started renting here again. I've been here 3 seperate times to pay my rental and show proof of rental insurance. Nobody has been here all 3 times. If I pay over the phone there are extra charges, so I won't be doing that. My 1st month and I'm ready to move to a more reliable storage facility. SMH

Arrived to add our stuff to storage. Broke glass in front of the unit. Tons of stuff in the parking lot I’m guessing people has left. This location needs to be cleaned up.

Joe the sales rep at the Piscataway location is the amazing. He walked me through the whole process was extremely professional, helpful and kind. He is definitely an asset to your company and I would recommend he be a trainer or in some sort of leadership capacity because he is the best a what he does and making sure you understand everything fully.
after I signed the agreement, I learned that if I go online, I will pay $30-$40.00 less per month for my rented unit. I contacted your customer care department and was told that my concern would need a higher approval and as of now, no one has returned my phone call. This company obviously lacks the customer care/customer service. I will be sharing my concerns with your corporate office.

Horrible company to use. They say one thing to you but upon receiving your contract, you'll get a totally different price. On top of that, the manager at the Plano location isn't a man of truth and honesty. He will honesty tell you when you're asking questions about your contract that he doesn't have to tell you. Corporate doesn't care nor have I ever heard from them. The Regional Manager has never returned a phone call. I cannot wait to get back to Texas. I'll never ever use Life Storage again!

Rented a space in Germantown, PA. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. This location is fairly new so everything was up to date and the facility like a secure shiny palace. My space was no different and a perfect size for what I needed at a reasonable price that puts their competitors to shame.
I have been working with Life Storage in Monroe, NY for Years. They are always helpful and friendly. I just got another unit this past week. It is a very smooth process.
