Netta was awesome enrolling me in a unit December 10, 2022. The office and grounds are very clean, my unit is perfect size. Give her a bonus manager! she is fantastic at her job

So easy to rent a unit. I received a call back right away. The store manager, Carie, was extremely helpful. Everything I needed was in the office (e.g. locks, and moving moving moving materials). Very happy with my decision to choose life storage.
I can’t leave less than 1 star to write this this place is terrible. Beware of there mice infestation! And if they tell you you’re insured it’s a lie ! You are but only for 400 dollars ! So if your stuff is worth more than that don’t use this place ! Then they lie and say you had kitchen items to try to cover the fact of the mice they have when you had no kitchen items lies! They also try to lie and say you refused to let them take pictures when they never asked to do so ! And the employees tells you oh yeah mice have been a problem when you report it to them! Bad terrible business ! They tell you you’re covered for everything with insurance! They do not give you information until you report problem so they tell you’re safe! It’s a lie you’re not unless it’s a fire or flood ! But rodent problem is there worst issue they don’t tell you but they do know and have been reported to better business bureau many time check and see for your self! What is worse is the lies they tell when you have lost your previous personal belongings! I was gonna just move on and let it go until the lies they told in my complaint with the better business bureau now I am going to make it my mission to let as many people know what they are all about and how insensitive and rude the company is with responsibility they are responsible for the mice and not reporting it to people who rent From them! We pay to keep our things safe! They assure you all is and they have no issues! Very bad business !
Both of the associates, were in uniform, greeted me, with a hello, good afternoon, and welcome to Life Storage. How may we help you. Got me an amazing deal on a reservation, for smaller unit, made the process of regulations very simple. Explained all aspects, of terms of agreement, showed us the way to the unit, and helped us, do the door sign in. Very impressed, by both of the employees politeness, and courtesy. When we had finished with our downsizing, later in the day, i received a call from them to see if i was satisfied, and my experience went well.

This is the second time to use this storage company. Both times the staff was so helpful, professional, and listened to assist in my need.
I've read some of the reviews and I see where corporate has put forth no effort to correct anything. Just the worst company ever. Not only can't I access my unit, but they're also actually costing me money bcuz can't transfer from old unit to new unit. Now I have to make another payment at old unit.... Pathetic Supposed to have one month free and unit is locked. Supposed to be open 11/25 and they're closed. Received 3 calls within 72 hours verifying locked removed and lock still on. When I inquired why Office closed, supv tells me mgr had to assist at another location as if customers at my location don't exist and he can't do anything about it.
RENTER BE WARE. Do not leave your stuff here unless you want it to smell like moth balls! All of our stuff reeked after leaving it here for 5 months. They did nothing to assist the situation and essentially said we were lying. Said we should reach out to the insurance since we were "covered". Guess what? Insurance does not cover "odors". Going through their customer service team was a nightmare - completely rude and no one will return your call.
