Oct 12,2021Ordered a set of wooden draws in August. We were told there was an 8 wk delay, which was fine. 8 weeks had passed, no draws, no one contacted us to say why, had to chase them! After chasing them we were told end of Sept beginning of October, no show! Chased "them" again, now saying December! Customer service is awful! Received a grovelling poor excuse of an email offering us £15 if we didn't cancel, and do what with £15!!! Would order from a reputable company thats well know, not this company. How funny just received a email saying they keep you updated.......what by carrier pigeon!!!!!

Oct 06,2021This company missed my order said it was in stock on the website but then found out it wasn’t and will take a few months to get ready! Is this a scam or some sort of drop shipping company? Also social media is out of date Facebook and Twitter last used in 2016. Also had a hard time contacting them to get a refund! Although had to go through PayPal in the end!

Oct 06,2021DO NOT SHOP HERE!! placed an order next day got told it was out of stock and that if I wanted a refund I would have to email and wait up to 10 days for a reply. I was told that this was my own fault for ordering an item that was out of stock, even though they allow you to add to the basket online apparently that doesn’t always mean it’s in stock just because you order and pay for the item! Worst customer experience I have ever had! Had to apply for refund via PayPal as the company was not responding to me, wanted to make a complaint but told they don’t have a complaint team?

On this occasion, delivery was delayed quite a bit due to shipping problems, but i was kept updated. Products were delivered well packaged and items were usual high quality.

Sep 21,2021The nest of tables I ordered were not the quality I expected, however, I am keeping them because they look ok, they just feel “tinny” if that makes sense. The wood does not feel like wood, it feels like metal? And when I put things on to it, it sounds like metal…….my description sounds strange but that’s how I can explain it. They look ok and are the size that I wanted so I am sticking with them.

Sep 21,2021I bought some beautiful Jali Sheesham furniture from this website. I did wait a while for the chest to arrive but the customer service was great. Spoke to a man named Farnan a few times who promised to update me and did even though there were delays. Would recommend this to anyone wanting sheesham furniture. I will be buying again for sure. Already looking at some more furniture for my living room Thanks, J

Sep 14,2021AVOID AT ALL COSTS (UNLESS YOU ARE A FURNITURE REPAIRER!) We purchased a coffee table with a lifting top back in February 2021. By the end of August the hinge had broken and all of the corners were pulling apart, exposing the nails holding it together. We contacted Lifestyle Furniture UK several times and were assured on each occasion that someone would email us back. after 3 or 4 calls, we eventually did get get a response. They were going to send a replacement hinge that we were to fit ourselves and the warped wood pulling all the joints apart? Well that’s just something that happens - read our terms and conditions… This is copied from their emailed response: “However, on rare occasions the timber movement may not settle. A simple touch of furniture wax will protect any adjustments made. Please could we ask you to bear in mind that you are purchasing natural timber products where slight timber movement is a slim possibility. Therefore, stiff drawers or doors will not be deemed as faulty or defective. In addition to this, Section A.3. of our terms and conditions we state: Although every care is taken to ensure our products are able to handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your premises can affect the wooden products you buy from us. Your items can experience small movements and cracks as it adjusts - this is not a fault, but a natural occurrence within the fibres of a natural product. This means you are purchasing our furniture on the understanding that any necessary simple adjustments would need to be undertaken by the customer at the customer's expense. We will also send you some hinges out in the post to replace the broken hinge, you can adjust the item such as joining the base edges together.” The furniture has been in our front room. Standard UK humidity and temperature. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be rebuilding the furniture yourself, at your own cost 6 months down the line. Personally, I don’t have the time and unfortunately, the coffee table will be making it’s way to the tip.

Aug 06,2021I placed an order with Lifestyle Furniture with some apprehension as the price was lower than other websites for a near identical product. There was a long lead time but i was prepared to wait. They got in touch again nearer the delivery time to advise me that unfortunately Covid complications meant that they needed to postpone the delivery date. When I advised them that this didn't fit with my plans they were super quick to refund my money. Just a word of advice: be warned that i had an issue with their emails going into my junk box. Happy to say that this a trustworthy company but alas i can't comment on the quality of the product i ordered.

Jul 27,2021No contact after ordering. No order confirmation or anything at all! When I phoned they claimed that their email system can’t send to an iCloud.com address. I gave them a GMail.com email and still nothing. Eventually the courier contacted me and it arrived fine, no damage and the courier lifted the heavy parcel upstairs with me. I will cut them slack for a slow delivery because of the current pandemic but having an email system that won’t send emails is ridiculous. At least shove something on your website to say that you can’t accept those email addresses!

Oct 19,2021Slow to deliver, even after the bookcase had arrived in this country. The bookcase was not precisely the dimensions quoted on the company's website: it is slightly taller and deeper than the one we already had, and looks a little silly standing next to it.
