Jul 20,2019The furniture itself was well packaged and really good quality and I am very pleased with it and would have given them 5 stars but the delivery company they use is frankly woeful. I paid £15 for fast track delivery, to be delivered within 1-3 working days, ordered on 10th July arrived on the 20th? Supposedly they will contact you with a 2 hour delivery window, this did not happen, so lucky I was in, The tracking system they use is also pointless, it tells you where your parcel is but that does not appear to be related to anything useful, I have no idea where depot 502 is or the 3 other depots my parcel went to on its sightseeing trip around the UK! Come on Lifestyle furniture you need to use a different courier

Jul 20,2019Well-made furniture exactly as it looked on the website. It arrived as promised, unpacked by very couple of guys. Nothing but praise for the company really. My only niggle was having to pay for wood samples when it said they were free (you have to pay postage) and it didn't say so up front until you had filled in your details but that is so tiny it is hardly worth mentioning (though I did tell them at the time!).
