Jul 15,2019I order a single wardrobe. It's a really nice piece of furniture, not too expensive. It arrived on time when they said it would. Reasonable easy to assemble, A couple of the holes didn't quite line up or were not drilled out. Was easy to fix myself.

Jun 25,2019I purchaced a tv stand ,wanting it to match my already type of wood ,previously bought else where ,shocked to say the least ,found handles &screws didnt fit ,no threads on inside of handles? ,so screws wouldent connect to it ,when i phoned the dept,i was shocked by the verbal response ,recieved ,(wont repeat the word the chap spoke)but not appropriate words ! Said he"d send replacements ,,ie handle &screws ,to which neither fitted ,so had to put washers on the inside to make them fit ,dissapointing ,is a mild feeling ,to say the least ,shall not reccomend or be using this firm again ie.....lifestyle ..

Item delivered first thing in the morning (6:45) to accommodate a very important appointment. Delivery team really friendly and helpful, did not even want a cuppa!! Was kept informed as to when it would arrive and the time. Looks great in my bedroom and more than enough space in the drawers for everything. So pleased my mother is going to order one the same. Jun 16,2019I have read the other reviews - and am of the opinion that either I had a very bad experience, was very unlucky or other people have rose tinted glasses. My issues are as follows: - 1 - I ordered via amazon 2 - The product that was delivered - was not boxed and was either a second or a customer return 3 - I wanted to return - so went through the amazon system Lifestyle were very off hand and disbelieving 4 - The only contact number was a premium rate number - yep a premium rate telephone number. So they were making money out of customer complaints 5 - Because the product was delivered without a box - i.e. you had to destroy the packaging to get it out. We were forced to go and buy wrapping material - the only response from Lifestyle was tough it is in our terms and conditions. No apology what so ever 6 - They were due to arrange collection for next day - I took a day off work - no courier. 7 - Again after an exchange of emails - a courier was arranged for the following day. My wife took a day off work. Surprise - Surprise no courier. This time we were told that a courier had called and no answer and they had left a card. Pack of lies. 8 - Now we are onto the 3rd day for collection - this time I actually spoke to the courier. He was really helpful - confirmed if I could leave in a shed they would collect (why couldn't have Lifestyle UK said this) However, he did confirm that no courier had been the day before and the comment about no one home etc was totally bogus 9 - the coffee table has now been collected. 10 - return of cash. I have no doubt that Lifestyle will think of many ways not to repay the cash that they owe me in summary - poor product, rubbish customer service, rubbish returns system. There are any number of firms doing exactly the same product - so my advice is look elsewhere. Or you could be one of the really lucky ones that gets a new product, in a box and you don't have to deal with anyone at the business.

Jun 11,2019Two excellent quality, good looking, sturdy tables, very easy to assemble. Nicely stained and varnished, with legs and table corners each numbered so that all holes lined up perfectly at first attempt. Delivered by a very pleasant and polite courier, spot on the scheduled time of 7.00am. Just two small suggestions – first, the package helpfully included an open-ended spanner, sizes 14mm and 15mm. However, the size of the nuts supplied was 13mm. This wasn’t a problem for me (I happen to have a full set of metric sockets), but it might be for others. Second, the package was short one washer (just one washer!). Unfortunately, these washers are a particular size – large OD M8’s (8mm x 25mm) - which I DON’T have lying around, so it was several days before I could assemble the second table. That really does seem to me a case of ‘spoiling the ship for a ha’porth of tar’. Why not include an extra washer & nut? Or even two extra? It would cost a fraction of a penny and avoid unnecessary customer aggravation.
