Jun 05,2019My rating is based on the delivery process as well as the product. The Jali Sheesham coffee table was very well packed and a good design, complementing our middle eastern carpet etc. Lifestyle quote delivery in 1-3 days. Their courier XDP delivered on the fourth day only because I asked Lifestyle to chase them. XDP have pretty poor Trustpilot reviews and I think lifestyle would do well to consider switching to another carrier - such as DPD. But the table is lovely!

May 24,2019Furniture seems well made and exactly as advertised. Arrived quickly. Only issue I have is that arrangements for delivery were very vague. It was actually left on our doorstep with no prior warning it was due to arrive that day. Fortunately, I got home soon after and it was dry weather! It could have been stolen or got damaged by rain if I'd been out all day.

Jun 10,2019The products are excellent -- lovely to look at, well-made, good value. The customer service needs to be drastically improved. Updates on orders aren't given, delays aren't explained, the phone number doesn't work, emails are replied to, but not speedily or clearly. All's well that ends well, I suppose, but at one point I was seriously worried that I was dealing with a company that had taken my money but showed little sign of keeping me posted about what was happening with the goods.
