Apr 01,2019Not unwrapped our delivery yet as we don’t want it damaged, but so far not impressed. The solid wood wardrobe we ordered has come in more than one part suggesting a degree of self assembly which I’d accept from a £100 ikea wardrobe not a £600 one! Also we were advised that on delivery the furniture would be put into the room of our choice, but the delivery team advised us they “don’t take furniture upstairs”. Luckily I had someone who could come and assist me to move this furniture as I have MS and couldn’t do this myself.

Mar 17,2019Lifestyle Furniture, unlike Amazon, took my money immediately I ordered the goods. I then got an email saying that the item I had ordered was not in stock and would take 3 weeks. Three weeks passed, then 4 then 5 and finally after 6 weeks the item came. I had received no apology, no explanation and no indication of when the furniture would arrive. I consider this very poor service. I was told that the delivery company would call me one hour before delivery, but no phone call was made. With this company you need to wait in until you receive your delivery. The delivery had cost me £15. When I asked the delivery man why I did not get my phone call he replied that they never do them and the fault was with Lifestyle Furniture for suggesting that they did. For £15 i think a phone all isn't too much. I've given two stars. It would have been one due to the poor service but the furniture proved of good quality.

Mar 13,2019My order was placed very late afternoon of 5/3/19 and was delivered mid morning 8/3/19. Exceptional service and delivery man was most helpful and even took all packaging away. Very professional service all round. My ordered item (large pine blanket box) was very well packed and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company without a doubt.
