Rapid response when my internet went down in the night. Worked on fault throughout the night and issue resolved by morning.
I left a review previously, sometimes I think LitFibre is bipolar or we have a on and off relationship. For the past 2 weeks the wifi has been great and faster then it ever was before but for a couple days it went really slow again then back too fast. My fault if I made the admins angry 😔 jus trynna play OG Fortnite and some fc25 mane. Other then dat LitFibre is actually pretty good my fault for the previous review idk how to delete it

A couple of months ago, I experienced an issue affecting all of my IoT devices related to CGNAT (for those tech-savvy folk). The complex issue was resolved quickly by the excellent tech support and networks teams at Lit Fibre. After a planned maintenance activity to transfer the network over the City Fibre last night, I was back to square one with the problems. However, a quick call to Lit tech support, and Iro sorted the issue in 15 minutes... that is excellent customer service! Thank you to Iro and the amazing Lit Fibre Support team. City Fibre... please make sure you retain these folk!!
Tony made it very easy and straigh to the point of what i was asking. He knew what i wanted and wemt straight ot adjust ny contract with options and did it straight away. Very happy to say he didnt keep me long and did it very quickly

signed on the top 1gb package. The good....Quick installation, good customer support response. The bad..and this is the real problem....failure to sort out the real problem of slow speeds from their router that are a country mile away from the advertised speed. I've been testing with only a single device and stood next to router, speeds between 30 and 280Mbps, nowhere near advertised on any occasion. Second time this has happened under a Lit contract, speeds really dont match what they claim and I'm testing with their equipment with all possible interference minimised. The router is also supplied with a ridiculously short cable, I needed to supply my own to take it off the ground. ....
Whenever I have had a problem lit have helped as and my bill has been reduced to from 45 to 30 for next 2 years which is why I have decided stay Really good customer service thank you
I love these guys. The internet speeds are incredible, I get through to someone on the phone within 30 seconds of dialling the number and the engineer who installed was SO helpful.
I did not have long to wait for my call to be answered. No annoying music. Very helpful agent.
