Great experience with Lit, customer service was very communicative every step of the way (thanks Ross). Small hiccup with booking the install but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Install went smoothly, professional team and installed exactly where I wanted the socket, and speed has been rock solid since we started. Would recommend - Only thing I would ask for is for you to offer 3gbps!

Has been quite good with customer service and after sale service. Iro from customer service team, who I discussed with recently was really good to find a suitable solution and solve my concerns on first contact.
My broadband was installed on Friday, but it's now Monday and I am still not connected. I have rung customer service multiple times who are mostly useless and just leave you with long silences when you are left wondering if they are actually doing anything. I find if you hang up and call back a few times you finally get through to someone dynamic. Very disappointed to have received no apology or timescale for connection despite several calls to them. Since I don't have a connection yet I cannot comment on the actual speeds, stability, etc. It's not looking good so far though, and I'm wishing I had gone elsewhere instead.

We have been with Lit for 18 months and have come to the end of our contract. Our offers to stay with Lit were actually competitive offers - usually with other providers, you just get non-competitive offers as it’s common for people to stick just out of simplicity. It was £1 extra a month for us to double our download speeds! I did have to phone to get this, however the whole call took less than 3mins! Really great provider and can’t fault them since we joined!

Nov 11,2024OK, I have been with Lit Fibre just over a year now. I can honestly say I have never regretted my decision. Constantly fast broadband speed, a static IP address (extra), very reliable wifi and a customer and technical service team I know I can rely on if I need them.
