Mar 15,2024I have had Lit Fibre for a year now and it has only gone down twice, the first time I turned the router off when on holiday and it could not apply an update, the other after a server upgrade but was fixed later the same day. You can always speak to someone on the phone without a tedious wait. I have just renewed for another two years so speaks for itself. Overall highly rated compared to my previous supplier.

Mar 13,2024We had Lit installed today. We live in a village. A professional and fast service from Daniel who took time to understand our needs and install in the centre of our 3 storey house. The wires are neat/hidden. We were previously with BT and had max speeds of 40-50, we now have speeds of 450 plus in all rooms of the house. We also get the first 5 months free and no install cost!! We are all so happy with the new speeds, I work online (video calls) my son is a gamer and so is my daughter. We all have a lot of tech, we went for the middle package at £32 a month (after the 5 month free) couldn't be happier : ) super fast install wait time too (less than a week)

Mar 12,2024The internet comes and goes. It dose not reach every room in my house and very rarely hits the speeds promised. Also they add randoms payments throughout the month so far this month I have had 8-10 separate payment attempted to be taken! When contacted they said it’s a ‘computer error’. How many wealthy or elder customers is it happening too and them not being aware of it! Lit fibre must be taking it in!

Mar 11,2024Very rare I will write a review for a telecoms company, but Lit Fibre are worthy of a review. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the service I received from start to finish. From personal assistance from Josh on the phone will setting up my account (and after), to the engineer Daniel who was friendly, thorough and tidy during the install. I also really like the ethos of the company. Highly recommended!
