I can thoroughly recommend Lit Fibre. The installation went smoothly, and the installer was polite, tidy and knowledgeable. Upload and download speeds are as advertised and after 3 months I have had no problems at all with the connection. An issue started after about 2 months where I was unable to log onto one specific website. After contacting the Lit technical support they were able to look into the problem and provided a fix in a short time, unlike the website owner. Lit provides excellent customer support, and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
Steve was very friendly and turned up within in the allocated timing slot. No issues, neat and tidy job completed.
Since Joining Litfibre. They have been attentive to any questions which I have raised. The installation and support teams are very professional in everything that they did for me. I have recommended lot fibre to my neighbour who has since had lit fibre installed and I ah e also mentioned it to my family for them to look out for once it is available in their respective areas.
My contract was finished but having received a consistent quality service from lit fibre I was happy to renew our contract after some negotiation on price.

Mar 11,2024BEWARE!! Great at the beginning - couldn't be happier at start of my 6 month free trial (Lit fibre almost got a positive review out of me). But after a few weeks in, started having problems with poor speeds and unable to download sites. Customer support advised me to troubleshoot which I did but still experienced problems. I was promised an engineer visit but this didn't happen. So thankfully I have been able to cancel my direct debit and contract in time. Phew!!
