Dec 31,2024Ordered a Amazon gift card for someone as a Xmas gift and the code doesn't work for them after trying to use it the next day. Verified with Amazon chat and confirmed the code provided isn't a valid one Update: The support service is very difficult when you've provided them with the proofs requested. Asking for a screenshot of previous gift card activity which I have sent 2 emails ago and then saying to send proof of the activity when it's clearly there. If no gift cards have been redeemed on the account previously, what activity are you expecting to see? Of course it's going to say "You have no gift card activity"

Dec 30,2024I order 2 piece 4500 robux gift cards for christmas present. What I get was 2 times random sum of money to buy robux and total what I was able get was 3500 robux... Not so happy...

Dec 30,2024Livecards is een bende oplichters! Online pass gekocht voor 1jaar twv €105 en bij het ingeven van de code blijkt deze reeds in gebruik! Na een hele namiddag contact te hebben gehad met de klantendienst verwijzen ze ons gewoon door naar xbox zelf….

Dec 30,2024Purchased the license code for Microsoft Office 2021. Installation was easy. Just be sure you follow the directions on their website. Yes, this is a LTSC Volume License but it only cost CDN$14.86 and is working fine.

Dec 28,2024I ordered 12 months Xbox live ultimate. The codes did not arrive immediately as stated and I did start to worry. Especially as it stated to speed it up contact support but I could not locate the support chat it kept linking to. However, after 15 minutes, the code(s) came through as 4 lots of 3 months and I have activated all successfully. I would use again but I would encourage them to read this review as does cause one to worry following an order

Dec 26,2024TOTAL SCAMMERS , I bought some codes for £90 in November to use on Xmas day and they didn’t work, I was in touch with them and Microsoft and proved that I hadn’t used them and they had been redeemed by others, I spent the whole of Xmas day goin back and forth with photos of accounts to prove I didn’t use them, yet they still won’t issue new ones or a refund, they’re scammers so beware Lisa you know my email and my order, you should know my name by all the emails I’ve been sending back and forth, your company sold me codes that I couldn’t use and all you have done is blame me, I have proven with photos and evidence I didn’t use them and with Microsoft support, you are at fault and you won’t reimburse or issue new codes even knowing I’m in my right, you ask for proof, I have showed you enough times, you prove to me your company didn’t sell dodgy codes Yes over 30 emails with proof I haven’t used the codes, I bought them from you, saved the codes in the email and tried them within 30 day as it says they will disappear in 60 days, I shouldn’t have a time scale to use them by, these was a gift, you are at fault, you haven’t provided me what I paid for 12 months of Xbox ultimate, you clearly have something dodgy going on if you insist these to be used straight away. I only hope others can learn from me and stay away from a company that clearly rips people of judging by other reviews and name changes

Dec 26,2024Första gången jag handlade så drogs pengarna direkt men sen var jag ändå tvungen att skicka bilder av mitt kort och chatta med supporten. Tog 2h för ett köp 🙈 Av nån konstig anledning handlade jag igen idag och fick bara 30eur presentkort på steam när jag betalade för 40. Över en timma i chatten igen, skicka massa skärmdumpar. De ska återkomma inom 3 dygn... Ganska värdelöst faktiskt!

That was not mentioned in the description of the item on their website. The company offered a partial refund reserving 2.5euro for administrative costs.

Dec 22,2024När det fungerar är det otroligt bra. Snabbt och korrekt. Trevligt bemötande. Problemet är väl när det varit fel på något kort, då är det ju hopplöst att få tillbaka pengar eller ett nytt kort. Men annars är de jättebra.
