Nov 30,2024Nachdem ich jahrelang Kunde war für US iTunes Karten, kann ich jetzt nur noch von dieser Firma abraten. Habe eine US iTunes Karte für 100.- bestellt und eine Australische iTunes Karte bekommen und der Kundenservie ist weniger als hilfreich, eher kontraproduktiv. Bis dato keinen Refund oder die bestellte iTunes Karte bekommen. Kundenservice absolut mangelhaft. Es gibt andere Anbieter, die zuverlässlicher sind, nehmt die! @Livecards: Order 2685-4515123

But a week later Im getting "newsletter" emails titled "Thanks for your recent xbox / game order" Log into my account through the website and there are no recent logins, no recently viewed items or orders. Disgusting way to make people have a heart attack and go to the website to hopefully make them do another purchase.

I wrote an email to support (with very low expectations) and was very pleasantly surprised of the quick reply and fix for the problem. This is not the last time they get my business.

Nov 24,2024I bought a Microsoft Office package from Livecard at a very reasonable price. Had problems activating it, wrote an email to their customer service on a Saturday and within an hour they helped me. My Office works perfectly. Microsoft cannot provide this service, I have paid month after month, they just charge my credit card without telling me what I am paying for. Will try to write to Microsoft again to stop the payments, I feel cheated and can only recommend Livecard. Best regards Kim G. Wilhelmsen Denmark.

The final 2 codes did not get sent immediately, but after chatting with some wonderful customer support I received my final codes within 10 minutes of starting my conversation. They all worked perfectly and saved me a lot of money to play online with my friends.

Nov 16,2024Para ser franca, al principio dudaba, siempre he comprado el bono anual de Crunchy Roll en Game, pero este añó en Game España, me estaba dando fallos, busqué y encontré Livecards. Pero todo ha salido perfecto, no he tenido ningún problema con la suscripción Premium de Crunchy, con las tasas, 0.68€ con Google Pay, me ha salido a 34€ la suscripción vs los 69€ que te cobra Crunchy. Encantada. Repetiré el próximo año ****** To be honest, I was hesitant at first, I've always bought the Crunchy Roll annual voucher at Game, but this year at Game Spain, it was giving me problems, so I searched and found Livecards. But everything went perfectly, I had no problem with the Crunchy Premium subscription, with the fees, €0.68 with Google Pay, I got the subscription for €34 vs the €69 that Crunchy charges you. Delighted. I will repeat next year

Nov 30,2024It's a scam, the code never worked, and when I wrote to customer service they only sent me the same message over and over again, then I asked for a refund due the code doesn't work and never got an answer, my advice, get away form this page, it's a total scam
