Dec 15,2024Ik heb onlangs twee licenties aangeschaft in een combinatie van Windows 11 Pro met daarbij Microsoft Office Pro Plus. De licentiecode voor W11 werkte niet, althans de melding was dat deze ongeldig is. Ik heb livecards hiervan op de hoogte gebracht. Ik kon toen Microsoft telefonisch benaderen en W11 activeren met de Installatie-ID. Maar op die wijze lukt het ook niet. Na diverse mailwisselingen kreeg ik van livecards een andere licentiecode waarmee de activatie van W11 wel is gelukt. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat men mij goed hebben begeleid, al is het met enige vertraging van maximaal 1 dag. Overigens lukte de activering van Office wel direct. Jammer dat anderen minder goede ervaringen hebben met livecards.

Dec 14,2024Purchase a product off this company, eventually got the code, but the customer service chat, you have to wait for a reply for ten minutes, this is after every time they reply to you on chat and you reply to them, once I had to wait 26 mins for their chat guy to reply,, not a great customer service chat,

Dec 14,2024I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. They sell you a product that is not in stock. After payment, they inform you that the product is unfortunately unavailable and will be shipped within 48 hours. After 48 hours, they tell you it’s still not in stock and ask if you want to cancel the order. They promise you’ll get your money back within 72 hours, but even after five days, you don’t receive your refund and have to follow up and wait again.

Kontaktede support og de ville have screen shot af 10 forskellige ting ... sendte dem de screenshot og fik af vide at jeg skulle sende dem de havde bedt om, gav op og handler der aldrig mere. Useriøst at have dansk tekst på hjemmeside og sælge ting der ikke kan bruges i Danmark. Ordrenummer: 2685-4521094 Opdate. Livecards.net support solgte de koder jeg ikke kunne bruge og penge blev returneret hurtigt. Lille beløb taget til omkostninger, jeg tager ansvar for min egen fejl og sætter pris på livecards support.

Dec 09,2024It seems you have to give one star. That's one star too much. Payment processing is based on additional "verification" which relies on emails going through. Not really worth the hassle. Also the "live" support has a response interval of roughly 30 minutes, that is for each sentence, not just to start the support session. Not exactly a scam, but so poor experience that it feel the same.

Dec 06,2024I bought a 20 euro PSN card so I could buy a game that's on sale an hour before the sale ended. Well, turns out, I missed the fact that it's for the French region, and I'm from Finland. Ofcourse the code then didn't work, and due to me already viewing the code I can't refund it, even though I can't use it. I used the last 20 euros from my Birthday money I got on PaySafeCard for that, and now I can't even use it and people are telling me I should just "sell it to some french person", when I know none so I have no reason to.
