Nov 16,2024Have been going round in circles all week after noticing 60 pounds missing from my bank account. I used the chat line and was told they couldn't help me due to GDPR. I spoke to the bank and they said I need to get the company to refund me. I have tried to do so today and was hopeful after seeing them refunding people on here but I was told I would only get a £9 refund, when I questioned this they got angry with me and basically said that refunds aren't guaranteed and it was goodwill!!! I'm a single parent that was just trying to better my future now I'm in my overdraft and struggling to put food on the table. £60 IS EXTORTIONATE

Nov 15,2024They took money from my account without authorization and even when you caution them of the mistake they are committing they repeat it. My money was deducted twice albeit me warning them about it repeatedly, that I do not have an an account with them. It seems like their billing section is working on tight sales target and they do everything possible to hit it. At the expense of the sustainability of the company. I see that some people experienced positive results from them which is good. The rotten apples at billing are going to destroy the company.

Nov 15,2024I had a terrible experience with this website. After purchasing a CV from them, I noticed a huge unauthorized deduction from my bank account a month later. This was done without my consent, and they used my card details for an unexpected charge. Their practices feel deceptive, and I strongly recommend avoiding this site. Do NOT provide your bank details under any circumstances. If you’ve already made a purchase, monitor your account closely and block this site to prevent further charges.

Nov 14,2024Going through my bank transactions and I notice multiple charges from this company on my account. I tried to contact them but no one replied and their phone service is automated but I have NO ACCOUNT and I have been charged £121 for a subscription I never started. I’m assuming this company is just a scam or something but seems odd being a cv website, anyways DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE and if anyone from the company sees this I would like a word as your customer care team doesn’t seem to want to get back to me. Appalling.

Nov 18,2024I've had a really frustrating experience with this system. Despite canceling my subscription, I was still charged (after some time). There was no indication of any issues or errors. While I liked the idea of creating my own resume, it's clear that there are some system glitches. Additionally, I found it odd that not all cards could be added for payment, even though it states that Visa and Mastercard are accepted. It turns out/ looks like that certain banks aren't supported, but can’t find any info about it before.
