Jun 27,2024I went through my bank statement and seen a €19.95 charge and upon looking back over my statement, I have been charged since February. I used this site for a once off CV and was completely unaware of this recurring charge at this scandalous price. I am furious, avoid at all costs

Jun 27,2024Not a good service, I signed up for a one off CV template and paid my money, but have just checked my account as I didn't recognize a payment and was shocked to find they have taken 19 euros per month from my account (since January). I have also never received any emails from the company and when I logged into my account today to cancel, conveniently my account isn't recognized and has today's date as set up date. do not use this service, I've paid 120 euros over the last couple of months for zero reason and no service at all, I also called customer services which is supposed to be open 9 am to 9 pm to get a voice message saying we are closed despite it being 9.30. SCAM!!!

Jun 22,2024I cancelled my subscription to your service so quickly after I subscribed, I was shocked to receive a charge of £19.85 knowing that I was no longer using this website and had definitely made sure that I had cancelled after the trial. They have ignored my emails, I really need this money back, it’s a scam!

I tried a few other free solutions, but none of them inspired me to follow through to the end. LiveCareer UK is really intuitive and has useful suggestions for language and content that improve the readability of your CV.

Jun 18,2024I will never recommend thus website when creating a cv l was charged £ 1.95 l paid and was sent the confirmation email on the 15th of June the y removed 19. 85 pounds from my account when l called them they said they would refund the money unfortunately they didn't l needed that money urgently cause l had to buy for myself groceries as a college student this is not fair . This website is really disappointing. I really jad believe that it would help me alot unfortunately it turned to the opposite. They only paid me £9.93 half of the payment my balance is 19.85 pounds. So unfair l used this website once when l was uploading my cv l have never used it again since then

Jun 17,2024A one-star rating is too high to express my disappointment for LiveCareer. On January 27th, 2024, I used your website to create my CV, attracted by your presentation which seemed to indicate that the service was free. However, once the CV was completed, I was asked to pay €1.95 to download it. Subsequently, I received a payment confirmation email in which, hidden at the bottom of the message, it was indicated that the subscription to your services would be renewed every four weeks at a cost of €19.95 (and that the first charge would occur on February 10th, so only TWO WEEKS later). This information was not clear on the website and I missed it in the email since it was not highlighted in any way. I realized only at the end beginning of June, after four months, that I had been charged €19.95 every four weeks. This is unacceptable, considering that I never received any email receipt for these charges. As a university student, €19.95 is a significant amount for me, which I could have used for essential needs (like grocery shopping or a train trip to go home). What makes me the most angry is that Live Career does not send email receipts after the payment of this subscription, so unless you realize it through the banking app, they can keep taking your money month after month. NEVER AGAIN, and I will do very bad publicity (I am a student so I have many friends and university colleagues with whom to spread the word, and generally we are the first ones who need to create a CV). As if that wasn’t enough, it is impossible to remove my credit card from the website.

Jun 14,2024I can pay but not a SCAM! I saw this nice and easy template and I made my CV but when I finished they ask me to pay for a trial, so I started a chat-live and I checked the reviews. Immediately I change my mind. It is shame! I waste my time. They should inform people on the first place .
