They didn’t send you per email for renewal you subscription and when you want to cancel the will keep playing around. If you insist to have refund they will give less than half of your payment and if you will challenge them they will end chat and leave 🙂 really congrats on such amazing service.

May 29,2024I spent a while writing a cv with one of their templates for them to then tell me to make an account (i did not know i already had one from years ago) so i did and was told i already had one, after resetting my password i tried to log in on the page where my cv was wrote and it would not let me, being stuck on this page i tried to go back and there went my entire cv i had just wrote, gone, completely out of my control. They did not let me save it first either, i HAD to make an account and log in so i now must start from the very beginning, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
