Jan 08,2025I was not informed that the sistem would reniew my assignment after 14days . And I was billed. I paid . Then I could not get my account deleted on my own and the person on the chat said it was cancel, however I could not get any confirmation of the cancellation. I should just trust him. As he said “ it was canceled , I’m telling you. The platform is good, but not having access to cancel it does not provide confidence to get it again.

I have contacted customer support and am awaiting resolution. Users should monitor their transactions closely. We are going to make a complaint about your site in Cybersell.

Jan 05,2025Scammers. I paid a one-time fee of 1.99 to create a CV but then I couldn't make any changes or edits. Now I've been charged £19.85. I'm in another country now and can't call so I sent an email but haven't received a response. I also can't log in to the site to cancel my subscription. I get this message when I try to log in to the site Access Denied don't You don't have permission to access errorsedgesuitne 18.9d645e68.1736028769.4ce62efd« That is, I do not have access to the site to cancel the subscription and therefore they will continue to withdraw funds, I also do not have access to open the CV that was previously created on this site!! What to do in this case? I have already written a complaint to the bank. Should I contact the police? How to cancel this subscription if the site is blocked for me!
