Dec 15,2024**BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** I urge you not to use this Company! I paid a nominal amount (approx £4) to use their CV Template around 5 months ago. Recently noticed that £19.95 has been taken from my bank account each month (5 payments). After some research I discovered it was this Company (the payments are taken under a different name). They refuse to refund the money, or even enter into a conversation about a possible refund. Please pause and think hard before inputting your card details to these people. Dec 13,2024I was seeking an easy way to create a cv so Used this website as it offered a “FREE” cv builder and at no point did it state I needed to pay any fees otherwise I’d have gone elsewhere , I started filling out all my information which took a while and once the cv was created it then said I needed to pay a fee of £1 something to access the cv , I was annoyed at this but as it was only £1 something I just paid it and the cv was emailed to me . I then later get £19 something deducted from my bank account this month only to discover live career had me On a subscription that I DID NOT SIGN UP TO , there as absolutely nothing stated about an ongoing subscription no way would I sign up to paying £1 something for a cv and then an ongoing subscription of almost £20 per month for said cv . After complaining they gave me a £3 refund ( how generous ). Do not use this site as they have hidden fees and are misleading and dishonest.
