We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate.

Mail order livefood supplies for reptiles birds monkeys spiders lizards snakes frogs toads newts. Also full range of reptile accessories and vivarium supplies.

Prompt and reliable delivery, good communication for each stage of your order if tracking option selected. If you need to contact them about your account they reply promptly too. Repeat order option a godsend. Cannot fault them!

Good fast responce to order which arrived a couple of days after the order was placed. All the locusts appeared alive, healthy and jumping around! However was one rather large cricket in one of the bags (wife REALLY doesnt like them!). Will definately use again for further locust requirements.

The quality (and quantity for that matter) of the livefood that is delivered is always fantastic. I order fortnightly from livefoods and they always manage to deliver exceptionally fast. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! Will never go to another livefood provider.

I am very pleased with this company and have recommended them to fellow reptile owners,. Unfortunately I don't live close enough to a pet shop to be able to nip out and grab some live food BUT all I do is order online and my beardy has a feast the following day,

I have used livefood a few times now and the service is brilliant as are the insects they always arrive in A1 condition and it has always been next day delivery they are great at communication emailing me order updates and when despatched . It is a great service as I would have to travel nearly 12 mile round trip to collect from my local pet shop but the insects from livefood are a lot better than theres.

Livefood UK are absolutely fantastic. I live in London and often don't have time to go to shops selling live food which are open during working hours. I know when I submit an order to Livefood Uk that it is in safe hands, that they'll update me throughout every step of the order, and that the quality of the food is always good. My gecko certainly seems to love it!

Great prices on all products offered and delivery is always fast. My only gripe is i think they should offer a collection service for local customers, or if they do its not stated on the website anywhere that i can see.
