I recently had a fantastic experience getting a set of OZ Racing Estrema GT HLT Satin Black wheels for my BMW M2. I worked with Daniel, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the initial enquiry to getting them fitted, it took around 6 weeks—but that was due to necessary back and forth with OZ to ensure the perfect fitment as well as delivery from Italy. I really appreciated the effort Daniel went to in sorting everything and making sure everything was spot on. The reason for buying these wheels was to run my stock wheels in winter and use the lighter OZ alloys for summer, giving me the best setup for all conditions. As part of the same purchase, I also got a set of Continental SportContact 7 tyres. We travelled from Newcastle for the fitting, and the showroom was incredibly accommodating. The whole team was superb, clearly passionate about what they do, and really care about their customers. A great example of this was when my wheels arrived with the red outrim for the centre caps. Without me even asking, they offered to contact OZ and arrange for blue versions to better match my car—free of charge. That level of attention to detail says it all. Spending thousands on wheels can feel daunting, especially when considering offsets, sizes, tyre choice and weight, but Daniel and the team made the process easy and stress-free. The wait was 100% worth it, and my M2 is now looking and driving exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend them!

The help & service I got was really good from choosing the rims I wanted.. When I bought them & what I did not know was the time it took for them to be delivered to me. So perhaps given info on when the rims would be delivered would mean I could make allowance for being at home to receive the rims.. They were well wrapped in the boxes I give you a 10 for that. A 10 for orders & payment. & a 8 for info on where & when the rims would arrive at my address.. The rims did come & I was emailed twice about a rough time of arrival which can be awkward for other customers. All good many thanks Chris

Really love the wheels. Having a black car, went for a bronze set of Fox alloys and the tyre fitting service really makes it easier for me. When they arrived, I was amazed and knew I had made the right decision. Good options for adding different colour wheel nuts and really please I opted for an alternative colour. Since having them fitted, people have stopped me and remarked how good they look. Best money I've ever spent on my car, what a transformation. My only gripe was I had to wait a week for them to arrive. But if that's all you have to complain about, just be patient lol.
