Sep 21,2024Absolutely 1st class service couldn't find fault with anything. The team they have I have to be honest they are respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and above all polite. The whole process of ordering and fitment of wheels and tyres outstanding. I wanted some new new wheels as I had steel wheels on my van that looked unsightly and damaged. My tyres were close to legal limit so seemed sensible to replace at the same time. I had looked on line and seen some wheels I liked the look of but was unsure if they were suitable for the van. I have to admit I also liked them as they happen to be the cheapest I'd seen. As I wanted to make sure they would be adequate for my van I rang for advice and told them which I was interested in. Glad I didn't just buy them as they wouldn't have been suitable for the van I was driving. Also the tyres I had on the van were not the right load capacity I should have been using (a certain company that come to your drive had put them on after entering number plate on line on there site🫤🤨😲). The sales advisor (fraser,👍) found similar and more suitable wheels and very competitive tyres at a price even I has a tight YorkshireMan couldn't grumble. My wife ended up taking the van for fitment and she couldn't find fault with the helpfulness politeness and service. Even down to a good cup of tea whilst she waited. Would definitely use them again when need and most of all will recommend them to anyone looking for service supplied by this company. Thanks again Mark

Sep 18,2024Absolutely horrendous customer service team. Ordered alloys they arrived 1 week later as they had to wait 2 days for tyres that they had advertised but where not instock. Alloys arrived damaged in multiple places told the delivery driver I did not want them but he couldn't take them back without uplift approval. Contacted LK performance spoke to probably the most snottyest of people going forwarded 10 pics of damage was messed about all day to eventually be offered a partial refund I agreed to this was told it would be done by 5.30pm. But it wasn't was also told I would also receive a email that never happened also. So following day I rang again and heard all the same things I heard the exact same things again yet again still haven't received any partial refund or a email.

Sep 07,2024We bought gmp italia wheels from here that made our car vibrate all on brand new premium tyres supplied by ourselves . Took 6 months without wheels to send back to Italy??? we got a response saying 3 buckled ( driver error ) potholes ? No customer service ! one way trap door for your money here. worst retail experience and worst customer service just blame pot holes for garbage products !
