They responded quickly to my email and offered to call me, even though I was going to call the next day. Was given some really informative advice so I could make an informed decision. Travelled to them on the day of fitting at 09.00am and they had the new wheels and tyres fitted within 30mins. Thank you particularly to Fraser and Adam for your advice. Great service gents

Mar 20,2025Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a £4,000 set of wheels, fully aware they needed to be made to order. Fine. But the latest agreed delivery date has come and gone, and after chasing them repeatedly by phone, all I get is excuses and empty promises. They said they’d "get back to me"—six chases later, still nothing. Not a single call back. Not an email. Nothing. At this point, I have no choice but to request a refund because this company clearly has zero interest in customer service. I always try to be reasonable, but this is beyond unacceptable. Ignoring paying customers after taking their money? Totally out of order. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being messed around.

Mar 16,2025I ordered my wheels from LK performance as I couldn't find the style I liked anywhere else. After 2 weeks I'd still not heard anything, I contacted them and received an email saying they'll chase up the supplier. After another 4 days I contacted them again as I'd had no follow up email regarding the supplier, I received another email saying they were being machined by bola. A day later I received tracking details for my wheels from a company in Scotland, my wheels were sent as next day delivery. They got delayed by 2 days by the courier (no fault of LK) they finally got delivered a few days after leaving Scotland, I opened them up to find the rear of the hub had been machined down to suit my offset. The edge of the bronze paint was burred and raw aluminium was exposed, also the black wheel bolts and locking nuts I'd paid extra for were missing. I contacted LK and they said they'd send them out, later that day I received the tracking details from dhl. Dhl attempted delivery but I wasn't home, so they returned to the depot. I attempted to rearrange delivery but had no option to, eventually after many calls and emails over the course of a week dhl said they'd lost my package. Cut a long story short they'd been delivered to a neighbour 4 day's previous, no card left and no full address on the package. I opened them up to find wheel nuts not wheel bolts, I contacted Fraser at LK and he said he'd rectify the issue. No replacement bolts arrived, I've since ordered my own replacements. Sorry LK but never again

Apr 18,2025Bought some 18inch alloys for my transit custom with tyres. Quality gear !! Highly recommend this Company. Fast delivery and well packaged. After reading some negative reviews I wasen't sure... but glad I did! Only thing that could have been better was being provided with tracking information but not a massive issue. Called the Company and they were able to tell me when to expect delivery.
