Jul 20,2024I have ordered a set of 18 inch alloys with tires, it was absolutely beautiful. The only down side of the company was the delivery. It came as a pallet and the driver just left it on the curb. I did not know about this and as a woman of 50 years of age it was impossible for me to carry these in. Thank god my neighbours was in , other wise I would of been stuck:(

Jul 14,2024I visited the showroom 2 hours before close, I knew what I wanted (Romac Vortex) but didn’t know if it would be in stock in hopes of purchasing and fitting it on the day, as I had travelled a long way. I was greeted by an amazing member of staff called Adam, he helped me from the start to finish and I left the showroom totally satisfied with my new wheels. I will definitely be coming back in the future for a set of Riviera Alloys :)

Jul 02,2024I can't really fault the company. I wanted some wheels which were out of stock. A competitor was listing them cheaper (also out of stock). 5 months later I saw they were showing available on LK Performance so asked for a price match with the competitor. The price match was declined because the competitor no longer listed the item although I did have emails from the competitor stating the price. So I had no option but to go ahead and pay the asking price. Wheels turned up 3 weeks later as they had to come from Italy. I'm happy I got the wheels but it would've been nice if LK Performance had price matched. Although I do understand the reason behind the decision. I would use LK Performance again in future.

Jun 30,2024I had ordered a set of 4 wheels from LK performance. I entered my Reg and was told on email when I asked “will these wheels be suitable for my car” I was told yes. They then arrived and were the wrong size. I then returned the alloys and have heard nothing back for weeks. The after sale communication is disgraceful and they feel that it’s okay to play with people’s money. Still waiting for my refund. Whoever sees this do not order from here and the only way they will refund money is if you show up face to face and demand a refund. Disgusting business, more like a bunch of friends selling things more than a business. LK performance when you see this issue the refunds to people after returning their products back, do not hold our money hostage and ignore us. This is unacceptable especially ignoring emails because you are quick to reply when you want a sale but slow when it’s a return or concern email.

Jun 28,2024Bought wheels from them, had issues that is under warranty after 10 months, the said they would sort the issues out on emails back and forth, many phone calls saying they would sort it, send emails in and then they ignore them for weeks, months, But they fail to remember I have email proof of what they said they would do to resolve the issues, yet I am still waiting for them to sort my issues out, looks like I will have to go down the legal route. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you have wheel issues within warranty, they are happy to take my money for the rims nearly £2k…..

They explained I needed genuine ford tyre pressure sensors and have had no trouble they have worked from the moment I turned key on Even delivery driver took wheels off pallet and took them into house as I was at work. Everything was effortless Would use these guys again thank you
