The products simply need to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once their condition has been checked and verified by us we’ll issue you with a refund.

Great product really feels like a real glass, great weight and very good quality, Shame the little logo is on the side of the glass, would of been even better if it was underneath the bottom.

The product is excellent but I hate all the plastic wrapped round each individual item of cutlery. Please can you find a more sustainable way of packing your goods with waste that can be recycled.
The figures speak for themselves: Order placed 14/01/22 . Order arrived 1/02/22 - a 2 1/2 week delay. Price paid for 2 x 72 pack of prepara fuel on 14/01/22 : £145.15 Price paid for 2 x 72 pack of prepara fuel on 29/08/21 : £93.31 An increase of over 30% in less than 6 months! Yeah I know: Brexit, driver shortage, energy crisis etc etc But, as a very small business, such increases and delays (we were forced to by an even more expensive product to cover the delay) are absolutely crippling. We are unable to pass on the price increase to our customers in the street market who simply would stop buying our food and choose cheaper alternatives.

WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!! I had it with them, Hours on the phone, no items, no money back despite hours on the phone to supposed supervisor processing refund. Still nothing. I have now reported you to trading standard and FCA, hoping to get my money back. As you can see from trail of reviews, no actions taken by Lockhart despite confirmation from them. DISGRACEFUL
THIEVES. A month on, delivered wrong product, Collected it and still no money back! Waste of time. What a shamble

Apr 07,2022Unfortunately on this occasion the level of service was not acceptable, although predominantly by the delivery. It took 4 times of being told a date and a delivery window of 08:00 - 17:00, however nobody could have the common decency to call to inform the dates had been moved and therefore 3 occasions people waited back to accept delivery which was never arriving. Disappointing!!
