I had this suitcase sent to Mum as a gift from me in Australia. As she is about to embark on her first solo holiday I wanted her to travel with the only luggage that I would use. Bag came from the manufacturer with a slight defect. Was offered a swap (with free postage) or further discount to compensate. Great customer service, would highly recommend.
