Apr 29,2023Generally good service. The only complaint i had is that there was not any document i could find which i could use for my own reference of for guarantee purposes. There was no single document which identified the item purchased, the purchase price and the purchase date on the same page.

Due to stock level issue, I was informed an estimate availability, and was offered option to cancel the item and to receive full refund. I proposed a third option due to my travelling plan, and it was accepted, and followed up thoroghly. My experience was absolutely great, in particular in this day and age, great customer service is hard to get, and thier prices are also very competitive. It is the services that make a difference, which is my reason to recommend this company.
