Oct 30,2023I went there like I always do and I tried to buy my favorite crisps with 1.40£. When I got to the till the lady there scanned it and it was 2.50£. I told her that not true because on the shelf it was 1.40£ and she started being rude and says that herself changed the price, which it was a lie. I’m very disappointed with this, I can’t trust the shop anymore, I can’t trust the workers, customers service needs a lot of improvement. And I’m always thinking what if I bought a lot of things(like I do most of the time) I won’t even notice, and I’m thinking about the old people that don’t even check. Very unprofessional people.

Aug 19,2023We have always been Longdan customers. As one of a few big retailers, they have got a very reasonable price for a variety of Oriental cuisine and ingredients. Very careful package for delivery. We received calls when there was any issue with our orders online. Happy with the service, quality and price of the orders. Will definitely recommend the stores.
