Apr 17,2024I got my holiday booked with Charmaine who was thoughtful, knowledgable, and extremely kind and answered all my questions - was quite frankly lovely to speak to - leaving me with no doubt about my trip, having never booked a holiday to Cuba before. The process is seamless - they send you a load of infomation about what you need in terms of money, medication, activities you can book while you are there, transport, and room options, taking into account exactly what you want from your trip, and was an absolutely fantastic experience in booking. I have booked with most holiday companies under the sun to go to places throughout the world and I can firmly say due to the way I have been communicated with Love Cuba is one of the best, and the staff are absolutely lovely and on hand whenever you need to speak to them. Would recommend to anyone willing to book a holiday, especially people who are used to booking with the big ones such as TUI and are a bit apprehensive about trying anywhere else - I would absolutely recommend lovecuba for this purpose.

However, when I called Love Cuba and spoke with Laura, she gave such an amazing service that I stopped looking elsewhere. She listened to my challenging requirements and was very patient when I had to chop and change. Then I dealt with Shyama when Laura went on holiday and the excellent service continued. It also helped that both ladies have been to Cuba many times and were able to give good advice. We booked a two weeks family holiday and looking forward to it. They were also able to overcome little issues and delivered a 5 star service which placed a smile on our faces.

Apr 04,2024At first I was nervous about using a travel agent that wasn't one of the 'big names' however the service provided right from the start by Love Cuba was superb. They had the personal touch whilst during the booking stage and answered all of our questions very quickly. However, it was on the holiday itself that Love Cuba stood out from the crowd. Their reps were friendly and very helpful. A massive shout out has to go to Dennis the rep in Havana. From the first greeting meeting he was extremely informative about how Cuba works with the currency etc and warned us about the scams to look out for while we were walking around. He arranged trips for us and was basically fantastic. He then escalated his service on our last day. I was taken ill at the airport just before our flight to the UK was due to leave, resulting in a trip to hospital. Despite my husband phoning Dennis in the middle of the night he was friendly and extremely helpful. By the time the doctor released me he had arranged a hotel and a taxi to take us there. The hotel was aware that I had been ill and we're waiting for our taxi by the door to get us processed and up to our room quickly. The following day Dennis and his boss (sorry, I've forgotten his name) rearranged our flight for us and then Dennis and my husband drove around Havana getting the medical paperwork and going to the AirEuropa offices. At the airport we were met by the rep again and taken straight through the fast lane in check in, passport control and security so I didn't have to stand in queues. We even had a message when we landed in the UK from Dennis to make sure we were home safely and that I was ok. I have been with many of the well known travel agents and not once has the service even come close to the amazing team at Love Cuba. If I could give them more than five stars I would!
