Liam the agent made suggestions which he thourght would suit us better. He was very knowledgeable which he said was gained from living in Cuba. Quote was easy to understand and prepared promptly.

I sent an email asking for a quote. This was very quickly picked up. I received a quote and contacted Love Cuba for further details. Again this was picked up quickly. As a result we decided to book the holiday

We can’t even begin to explain how amazing this company is. My partner and I decided we wanted to visit Cuba for our honeymoon. I found their website and straight away called. Liam answered and within 5 mins of putting the phone down he had sent us our very own itinerary that he then re tailored by recommending somewhere else to stay that would suit our needs better (due to the fact he had lived there so knows it all) Once agreed and deposit paid we were sent everything over and amazing info on what to expect and helpful tips. They even sort your visas out! It has been the most stress free experience either of us have ever experienced and best of all the price it has cost is amazing!! Thank you Love Cuba and Liam. We’re two very happy people.

Tony was enthusiastic and informed. He also knows Cuba so no bullshine.! He also found the airline that could get us to the south of Cuba. Since Thomas Cooke gave up on that area we couldn't find another tour company til now. Highly recommended.

Liam had excellent knowledge of which hotels to stay at. Gave him all our details/requirements, then he blew away all exceptations. Also got a split 3 night visit to Havanna, again his product knowledge was 2nd to none

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, question's answered in no time. Fantastic knowledge of what is on offer, nothing too much trouble. Even when the rep I was organising the holiday with went on annual leave, there was someone there ready to make it possible ,seamless transition. What an amazing company.

Just booked with Liam who was so helpful in giving advice about options for my Cuba holiday. He was knowledgeable, patient and provided realistic options to tailor-make my holiday. He even took care of the visas for me and has provided great advice and links to improve our holiday. I've not travelled yet but am much happier than if I'd booked through a generalist travel agent.

Liam helped me to book the perfect holiday in Cuba, and no matter how many changes I made, or stupid questions I asked, he was always patient and helpful, with invaluable knowledge of Cuba. On arrival in Havana, Milton the local rep met us and spent time explaining things we didn't know, and helping us to get the best out of our holiday. He was so nice, and just helpful, not a pushy rep. In Varadero, Yarlene came to see us, and again she just wanted to help make our holiday perfect. Both reps gave us their phone numbers and were on hand with any queries/requests. As someone who has always booked holidays with TUI, where you can't even SPEAK to a rep, this was a very refreshing experience. I would heartily recommend LoveCuba, and thank them for making our holiday so wonderful!

Big shout out to Liam. The local knowledge he had through living there for a few years was invaluable in helping us put together an itinerary covering 4 locations on the island, which we couldn't have done ourselves. Really helpful over a number of calls while we refined the trip.
