Jun 06,2023Very impressed, starting with making initial contact with Liam, who was extremely knowledgeble and helpful, followed by the quality of information provided prior to travel. Once in Cuba, Dennis the Love Cuba representative couldn't have been more helpful, especially when we inadvertently left a phone charger in our Havana hotel room, which he kindly arranged to be forwarded to our subsequent hotel in Varadero. Very professionally organised and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

May 29,2023From the first enquiry to the detailed planning, this company has customer service off to an art form. Liam provided answers, reassurance and advice. The company has exactly the right balance between enthusiasm to do Busienss yet not being too pushy. I usually would want to research and book every detail of a trip abroad, however it became obvious that I was in the hands of experts who really knew Cuba. I had intended to contact a number fo providers; however it quickly became evident that wasn't necessary. emails and phonecalls followed up promptly and a detailed programme proposed that reflected our interests and budget. I don't usually spend precious time writing detailed reports but on this occasion I felt that I needed to repay Liam's patience, professionalism and knowledge. Great work Love Cuba!

May 22,2023Excellent service, fantastic holiday. Hotels were great and trips were well managed. Guides really knowledgeable and humorous and we learnt a lot about the country and the culture. One guide didn’t turn up but we subsequently found out he had been admitted to hospital. We phoned our contact Jorge and another guide was at the hotel within 40 minutes. Santa Maria was perfect and beautiful for some relaxation and Cuba was a feast for the senses. Havana and Trinidad were amazing. Fabulous architecture and so colourful. Shyama sorted out our itinerary based on what we wanted to see and some suggestions from her knowledge of the country. Was a perfect balance of travel and relaxation. She did a great job and her communication was excellent. We loved Cuba and it’s humble friendly people. 🇨🇺 absolutely recommend Love Cuba

Jun 09,2023My holiday was cancelled, due to flight being cancelled by Tui. Monies paid directly to Tui were refunded in a couple of days. Love Cuba say their policy is to refund in 28 days, which is far too long. After 28 days I got an email advising I will get refund in a further 10 to 14 days. The refund could take upto 40 days. We want to use the refund as deposit for a replacement holiday due to cancellation!
