Using Love Cuba's service was 100% the best decision we could have made; staff in the UK were super helpful & efficient, and communication with them was 1st class, with no questions left unanswered before we booked. Our Casas (Havana & Trinidad) were excellent - the hosts were all attentive, warm & friendly - in particular Havana 412 felt like home from the moment we arrived! Unfortunately we arrived in country in the mids of a gasoline shortage so some of our plans had to be changed unexpectedly but the company went above & beyond to compensate...they provided, at very short notice, a fantastic guide for us - Manuel - who showed us much more of Vinales than we would have seen originally (plan had been to stay for 2 nights & freestyle our time in the valley but this was cut to a day trip, returning to Havana), with complimentary refreshments & meals provided throughout our day. Manuel was professional to the core (indeed his services had been chosen in the past to chauffeur BBC correspondents); he really went out of his way to look after us before returning us to Havana 412 (accommodation had also had to be re-arranged for us at short notice). Thank you to Laura and all staff that made this such a memorable & wonderful trip :)

Wow, wow, wow!...what an amazing time. Havana is a must see, do the tourists tour, then go back on your own and enjoy the great food and drink followed by a vintage car ride. We stayed B&B at Nacianal De Cuba in Havana, what an amazing building with a great history and service. We followed this with an all inclusive, 6 nights at Memories Jibacoa. The staff are amazing and will do anything for you to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The food is very good, with lots of choice. The sea is a nice swim, the pool is a good size, the rooms are well kept and services daily, overall an amazing holiday. Thank you to LoveCuba. 🇨🇺

Great process from start to finish. I was looking for a tailor made Tour of Cuba and Laura was really knowledgable and helpful giving great advice. I was looking for something special as an anniversary and Birthday trip for my wife. Laura was not pushy at all and very patient over the few weeks I took to decide what tour I wanted, giving me quite a few different options and changing my intenary a few times, until I got the right tour/package place. Great tips on what to do and places to visit, all transfers organised plus some great trips/tours are included as part of the package. I'm really happy that I got exactly what I wanted and thankyou for your time and patience we're really looking forward to our trip. Highly recomended!

I normally book my holidays myself but as it was Cuba I wanted a specialist so I didn’t fall foul of missing anything! What love Cuba didn’t tell me and which they knew was that there is in place a directive that if you visit Cuba; you can not then apply for a visa under ESTA programme for a USA visa. (20 dollars each lasts for 2years: easy) instead you would have to apply for a formal visa £150 each, every time you go and you need to have a personal interview at the USA embassy in London. To get such an appointment can take up to a year! So my hols to USA would be finished! When I raised this - love Cuba moved my tickets to Dominican Republic. Was a great holiday but they charged me another £2k, that’s in addition to the £7,500 I paid! When I checked what it would cost to book separately this £2k was clearly an add on! I feel misled and taken advantage of!

Liam Craig was absolutely brilliant. The best advice and customer service possible. I made a horrendous mistake which I noticed the day before our flight regarding passport details but Liam calmly and professionally solved the problem. From start to finish Liam was responsive and offered lots of solutions. Best customer service I have ever received, and I travel very frequently. Wow!

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday touring Cuba. The booking and organisational experience was very good and the in country arrangements were exceptional. The transfers and guides that were organised for us were reliable, informative and professional and the locations were fabulous. They even managed to pull all the stops out for us when our daughter lost her mobile phone in Havana and managed to get it back to us 200k west.
