May 16,2023Booking the holiday was fine, Shyama was lovely. The hotel in varadero was absolutely horrendous! Not a 5 star at all ! Complained to love Cuba and Damien the manager took ages to reply. He was not the most understanding man, we spent a lot of money on this holiday and came home very disappointed.

May 14,2023We are currently in Varadeo with a trip booked through Love Cuba. In short they have been brilliant and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Dennis looked after us in the Nacional in Havana and was so helpful. We then moved to Varedeo where sadly we had a couple of issues with the hotel. Yarlene Ramirez was just brilliant. I contacted her at 10 pm and she could not do enough for us and resolved all our issues. Nothing was too much for her. Love Cuba and Yarlene are by far the best holiday company we have ever experienced and we travel extensively. Thank you so much Yarlene 🙏

May 10,2023Excellent customer service! If you're going to Cuba I would highly recommend you book it through Love Cuba. We booked an 11-night trip to Havana in April 2023 and from start to finish the service we were given from Laura, Liam and all the team at Love Cuba was brilliant. They managed to find us direct flights, they offered us a range of places to stay and they answered all our questions - and we had plenty! As part of our trip we were delivering tennis equipment to a coach in Havana and the Love Cuba team really helped us navigate a few potential hurdles - making it so much easier for us. (The casa particular we chose was excellent, too! Casa Santander Aromi in Habana Vieja has wonderful owners and staff and a fantastic roof-top terrace.) We LOVED Cuba and we loved Love Cuba, too!
