Sep 11,2023Initially I was very pleased with Loveitts’ valuation and processes to get the property on the market, despite some chasing. However, my circumstances changed soon after and it felt like I really had to pursue Loveitts for responses and advice. When a sale had been agreed, I had some specific dates to achieve exchange and completion by, and the sale price was conditional on these dates. These dates weren’t achieved which had a detrimental and financial impact on me, and although this wasn’t directly Loveitts responsibility, they were the agent/negotiator acting on my behalf, and would have been partly culpable if the sale had collapsed at the eleventh hour.

Aug 30,2023Such a breathe of fresh air to receive the service for which you pay for. I was kept updated weekly via phone or the phone app throughout the process of the sale and I felt I had support and guidance from Michelle over the little issues that arose during the sale. Selling and buying is always stressful, but Loveitts alleviated the stress and the sale proceeded to completion smoothly and successfully.

Aug 29,2023Very bad experience. Came from Walsall, had some issues. I was late for viewing 16min. The said they can wait 15, but for that 1min the lady was rude and refused showing the property. I strongly recommend avoid this agency. If they are behaving like this, definitely not good for long term.

From the initial viewing Steve James and Jason Peters kept me informed and secured a sale in less than two weeks. Michelle Barnett continued to maintain regular contact during the long wait for probate - I have never found it necessary to contact Michelle first to find out how things were progressing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loveitts.

Once a sale has been agreed, I was passed to the sales progress team who assigned me a contact and a direct number who I was able to contact at any time for updates. For this reason, defiantly recommended a local estate like Lovetts agent instead of using a national brand. Thank-you Michelle, Jamie and Chelsey.

From the first home visit from Jason he made me feel comfortable and educated me about the selling process, allowing me to set a price that worked best for me. Michelle, Jason and Steve were the lovely people who supported me throughout the whole process, liaising with both myself, my buyer and our solicitors. They simplified things for me in a way that I could understand as I had never sold a house before, and would always return my calls/emails in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Loveitts to my family and friends.

Just had an awful customer service experience yesterday where the tenant was not opening the door and the lady who was showing us the property was so rude that i can not write in words. If you get the property from them then you will be crying 100% fake reviews here. Kamran Re: this is ur business and you have to praise it... but thinking about people's you don't care.... all about money .... tenant don't allow you to enter ? I believe this has to agreed way before the viewings... two lies don't make one right
