Feb 27,2019Although I didn’t sell my home through Loveitts my purchase was handled impeccably by Amanda B. I received more communication from her than I did through my own agent. Amanda was polite, friendly and willing to lend an ear when I needed it. Loveitts should be proud to employ such a fantastic member of staff. She is an absolute credit to you. We will definitely be using you when we move again!

Jan 31,2019The Loveittes team were fantastic, Charis completed the valuation, took the photos and put the listing up online in record time. My house had 10 viewings booked within the first 5 days and was sold after 7 days. The viewings were conducted by Amanda who was friendly and knowledgeable, she then followed everything up until completion. Communication with Loveittes was first class and any questions were answered straight away. Will definitely use them again should we decide to move again.

Jun 06,2017This review is from a rental perspective. An average estate agents in Coventry. They may be slow to sort things but at least they won't try and mess you about. The staff are mostly friendly although not always the most knowledgable, but they know who to direct you to so the information is there soon enough.

May 02,2019At the beginning Loveitts were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Unfortunately my experience has been completed changed in the last couple of weeks by one email. I received a email which told me that Loveitts had contacted my Solicitors for my new purchase without my authority (as I am not purchasing through them) and that I should consider breaking the chain and move out of my house, without a conservation with myself being had. Unfortunately I got the feeling that the fees that would be paid on completion was slightly more important than customer service. Selling a house is stressful in itself and a more customer friendly approach would have been very much appreciated. On this basis I would not recommend.
