Jul 19,2023Loveitts is more than a letting agent.They are to me, an essential business partner. I have used them now for a number of years to fully manage my properties. The service is second to none and they understand both the landlord and the tenant's needs very well. For instance, repairs and maintenance are always looked at promptly. Any financial issues are nipped in the bud early. I would never consider moving anywhere else. A service business is led by superlative people, so a big thank you goes out to Avril and her team who are the best I have encountered. I have contacted Michelle many times and she has always put me at ease. Michelle is an asset to the company.

Jul 10,2023Landlords beware. They withhold money from your rent for repairs that you haven't consented to. I explicitly told them to not make a certain repair only to find money deducted for that repair from my monthly rent. They lie at every step, to your face. Do not use them.

Jul 03,2023We Just Purchased our First Property in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in Anvil Gardens Coventry a semi detached New Build Property Through Loveitts and we Love it, Ms Sallyanne Wykes was the Property Manager, and Ms Eve Pugh was the Co-Ordinator They did a wonderful Job chasing all the relevant People, including Buyers Solicitors, in less than 6 weeks from Reservation everything was handled very smoothly and Professionally except for few miscommunication and chaos in the start by the immature newbies in office rest all were sorted very smoothly

Jun 16,2023We had to sell a relatives house in Coventry as they were moving to a care home in the south of England. We looked at a number of Coventry estate agents and decided to contact Loveitts given their central location and many years of experience in the area. At the time we favoured an auction sale but really had little idea what it entailed. So we met with Sara at our relatives house and she gave us a very comprehensive explanation of what it would involve. She also looked around the house and gave us a broad valuation of what it might fetch. So we agreed to go ahead for auction route. Sara was always available to discuss any issues that arose, and Chloe and Lisa who looked after the paperwork and liaison with potential, and actual buyers/solicitors etc were excellent. We are pleased to say that right up to auction day things were managed in a calm and timely manner. The house exceeded the guide price which was particularly pleasing. Right through to completion Sara and her colleagues kept things moving along and keeping us informed, whilst liaising with buyers and solicitors. We can’t quite believe how stress free the whole auction sale process was, and are really glad that we decided to use Loveitts.

Jun 05,2023I initially made my phone call to Loveitts with a lot of apprehension, I’d never sold a property before never mind selling by auction! I initially spoke to Sally who gave me all of the information I needed over the phone and she could tell I was still really unsure so offered to visit us at our house and discuss it with us in more detail - ensuring she gave a lot of info between selling via the traditional method of selling a house and by auction. We made our decision to go to auction and from there it was smooth sailing really. Dealt with Lisa via email, who ensured all the correct documents were sent to me and replied back to each of my emails either on the same day or the next morning depending on when I sent them… we had Sara who came to the property with her complete honesty and told us where we stood in terms of the auction - she gave us more information about how it worked and what to expect from the moment the house went online and that carried on up to a few days before the auction, really easing our nerves. (Auctioning a house is really nerve racking!!) We dealt with Chloe a lot over the phone who was always on the phone to us to let us know when people were going to the house - even ensuring our instructions were followed as the house was empty, we needed to ensure we knew when people were going in and out of the house and we were kept informed of everything - even when offers were made on the house, we were kept totally informed of everything that was going on! An hour after the auction had finished, I got a congratulatory call from Sara to let me know what would happen next.. The amazing experience even went as far as the moment I handed the keys back, I had a lot of my possessions in the car and feeling reluctant to leave the car on the street while I went inside the office, I called to see if I could use their carpark while I dropped the keys off - to this moment I feel that they knew how tired i was as emptying a house is a lengthy process!! But my request was met with open arms and Chloe even came out to meet me so I didn’t have to leave the car! For me, it’s the small things that matter but not only did the whole team provide on the small things, they dealt with the bigger things too and made the whole experience easy. I came across Loveitts as the house I’ve just sold was initially rented to me through them, before I bought it off the landlord, and because of they’re efficiency when I was renting it felt like a no brainer that when I was selling it that I kept with them… and I’d certainly do it again if I still lived in Coventry.
