May 16,2023From the initial contact with the company when Chelsea came out and valued out house and went through the marketing process and Jamie who helped with the brochure and the memorandum of sale they were both very helpful and professional. But extra praise must go to Michelle Barnett for her help in chasing the sale with all parties involved in the sale. I would recommend Loveitts if you are looking for an agent for the sale of your house.

Paul set up the sale very quickly, Michelle Barnett updated me regularly and answered all my questions, (of which there were plenty!) and Jamie Morby and Chelsey Finlayson organised the viewings proficiently and helped with other tasks on my behalf. Feb 24,2023We used Loveitts Leamington Spa Branch to rent out our flat in Warwick. Millie Ruck was in charge of everything and she was absolutely wonderful. She got pictures of the flat taken so quickly and from the day it went online to when we got tenants in the flat was three weeks. She answered all our questions and had the added difficulty that we live in Australia. Would 100% recommend Millie to anyone, she was awesome!
