Aug 11,2020Absolute bunch of clowns. From trying to get a viewing to the acknowledgment of existing damage caused by the previous tennant (trying to charge me for it) to trying to charge me for dust on door frames. Can't return a call or an email and quite frankly when they do you might as well talk to a wall. Seems as a tennant they are only interested in keeping their landlords happy and forget the tennant once they are no longer paying them money. Sadly I paid all my rent even though I was advised to not pay my last month and let them take it out of my bond. It also would appear that there is no such thing as common courtesy once you are no longer a tennant. Promised four calls and an email and having spend over ten days chasing them finally get told the manager has been busy. Sorry Loveitts but if that's the best you can do then I'll remind you it isn't the 1980's and customer service has moved on. Hopefully I'll never need your services again in any capacity and I'll do my best to make sure people know what a disgraceful experience I've had from your business.

Aug 08,2020I bought a property at Auction from them, and they helped me though every step of the way, from giving me a glass of water (to help me cope with the shock of having actually been able to buy my own property! I did not expect that...) though the identification and deposit payment all the way to completion, they were faultlessly polite and efficient. As were their solicitors, who (when I can remember their name) will also get a good review from me. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful their people were to me, and I don't get to say that as often as I would like. Thanks to loveitts I am tantalsingly close to being a member of the aristoracy. I have "property" and I am skint!

Jun 25,2020Unprofessional. Went out of their way to avoid selling a property to us. They are clearly prejudice against people in the usual circumstances of having a property to sell. Unhelpful in comparison to others who have gone out of their to find property which would fit our criteria. Asked inappropriate questions about our circumstances. Very very poor.

Apr 21,2020Loveitts Coventry did some excellent work in seeing my house through to sales and completion in these difficult times for everyone. Eve Pugh especially was instrumental in keeping all parties happy and informed about the transaction. Eve provided daily updates on the status of the transaction and she would follow up on queries in a timely manner. Eve had regular communication with the solicitors for both parties and was happy to follow up on any enquiries that the solicitors raised. Even in these uncertain times, Eve was readily available on the phone and was easy to communicate and is an asset to the company. Overall, I was really pleased with the service provided by Loveitts, especially Eve and I would happily recommend Loveitts to friends and family.

Apr 19,2020Extremely Rubbish Estate Agent. They are nothing but a bunch liars who only gives false information and do all sort of dodgy work to get the rent out from you and never help with anything. They should be banned to do any business in the Country because whatever they do is suspicious. They do have any idea about anything and have no experience to run the business and most of their staff are rude and inexperienced and cannot do anything properly. As per the Company House, they were charged with the case in the past which can tell the history of there corrupt business. I warn everything to stay away from these fraudsters else you will cry.

Mar 07,2020I used Loveitts Auctions coventry to sell a property for us . We needed it sold quickly as we had a project that we needed funds for. I called them on the monday and they were out on the Wednesday to measure up. I gave them a set of keys there and then and left. I gave them my reserve price which they thought was achievable. I left Coventry and headed back home . I was looked after by Sara Herbet who did a great job . I was contacted by the auction team after viewings with notice of offers prior to the sale day i was very tempted to take the offers being presented as they were above my reserve but was advised that due to the amount of interest it would be better to take it to the room . I did think that it was easy for them to say that as they had nothing to lose as opposed to me possibly losing out in the room . In the end i took the advice from Sara and let it go to the room . I didn't attend the auction as it was in the evening and in coventry and i am based in London . I thought i would have to wait till the morning to find out the result but that wasn't the case Sara called me and that my property had sold for more than twice the Guide price ! It was a brilliant result and the advice given was spot on. 28 days later money is in my account no messing around with surveyors etc ! If you need a house sold quick at a good price in Coventry then Sara Herbet and the team at loveitts auctions are the people to use . Cheers Loveitts

Jan 27,2020I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loveitts as an agent when either buying or selling a property.I worked with Amanda, Eve and Mark with Eve being my main point of contact and all were extremely professional and very helpful from start to finish. I was kept informed constantly throughout the whole process and they were all on hand to take my call whenever I had a query or worry. Even though the sale had its ups and downs Eve dealt with every issue quickly and ensured things kept moving forward. Thanks again :)

Rang back when they said they would and kept me in the loop at every stage and always with a smile! Would highly recommend and will use loveitts if I decide to sell my house! Thanks guys!!

They also kept me up to date during the sale process and acting as a more than ample conduit with the buyer and their Solicitors. Would strongly recommend

Nov 04,2019Awful experience I arranged a viewing for John grace street to purchase the property. I went there and no one showed up and I didn’t receive an email or call for them to cancel viewing. I have been calling their office and no one answered. Wasted journey I travelled all the way from London to Coventry and I was keen on this viewing. ABSOLUTELY GUTTED

Aug 01,2019I was actually looking for my new home over an 18 month period where I took a few months break! I hade spoken to Amanda at Loveitts. Previously and when I called back some months later she remembered all my requirements straight away! Amazingly she identified the perfect home very quickly! I can honestly say from the moment the sale was agreed communication was spot on! Any questions I had were dealt with straight away and this was maintained by all staff even when Amanda was away. The service was extremely professional and what a lovely company to deal with. Can’t thank Amanda enough

May 08,2019A very friendly and efficient team who work well together to provide a great service. Had my house on the market for a week and had an offer accepted at the full asking price. Despite this fast turn around there were 7 viewings and a further 5 organised for the coming days which were subsequently cancelled. A big thank you to Charis, Chalsey and Amanda for all their hard work and regular updates on progress.

Feb 27,2021Very bad. The property was in a bad state. Agency would never fix problems. I had to spend my own time and money in fixing things properly. In the end of the tenancy agency tried to steel my deposit, by making up damages. After I have proved that damage was done prior to my move in, it took them 1 year (exactly) to return my deposit after so many emails. I dont advise to rent from them, if you have to, make sure you take all measures to protect your deposit.
