Ordered two bibs and two jerseys to wear for the summer... order placed at the beginning of July 2021. It is now the beginning of October 2021. Still waiting for them. So apparently, they don't offer refunds once your items are "in production," which they have been in production for months now. So, if we finally receive our items, and turns out they don't fit.. we have to wait for additional how many months for an exchange?? Won't be ordering from this company in the future.
Have clothing missing from an order in 2019 and a complete Team Mojo order 2021 not fulfilled 5 months later. Dozens of emails and WhatsApp message. Originally promised a delivery of 7 days and constant promises made when I am lucky enough to get a reply. Do not buy from this supplier customer service is non existant and owner abuses and threatens you when you try to resolve issues

Love the Pain service is great! I had ordered a Tri Suit (that I Love) but had a minor issue. I was able to resolve the issue and Iam ordering more product plus turned my friend on to the site. For a triathlete it is hard to find fun prints that are high quality but Love the Pain has it for sure!
The worst customer service I ever had by far. They send you whatever they want whenever they want, if they want. If not, simply: They do not send your orders. Design is cool, but quality is very poor according to the price. Not for a maximum performance. They create recreational sportswear, not recommended for competition. Very disappointed. Definitely I do NOT recommend that brand. This is a REAL review, I can demonstrate everything I say, as an ambassador of the Mojo Team. Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life. Bordering scam, I probably sent over 100 messages attempting to get an update on my order. They blamed everybody under the sun besides themselves. Despite the jersey's being all Women's Small, they fit differently and one is even has a different collar style than depicted on the model. I hate the collar but I'm so frustrated with the company I can't stand the thought of waiting another 4 months to receive a replacement. I've also ordered a base layer from the outlet store that was never delivered. Dealing with them is not worth the $20. Edit: if only they could spend a fraction of the amount of the time they spend defending themselves on actually getting orders out! Nothing I’ve said was a lie. These guys are nuts! Avoid! I could verify the number of messages and lack of response through their website, email, and Instagram. 4 months to receive this order and about 7 months for the previous one! Y’all are crazy.
I havent get my purchase . Since July 2019 . Several mails and messages to the website , never answered.

Caveat Emptor. This is not a review of their products because I haven't received my order yet....and I'm not sure whether I ever will, because the vendor is either non-responsive or unhelpful when responding. (e.g. Order is in production....hand-made....1 to 10 business days for shipment...) when the question is why hasn't my order shipped 8 months after order....or please cancel and refund me my money....etc.
I make an order of several items, T shirts, tri suits, and jacket, after several months and calls I finally received the 3 T-shirts that I ordered, it’s been over 2 years and still have not received the tri suit and jacket ordered and after email my concerns and questions about when should I expect my orders I got an answered saying that because COVID they were delaying orders but would filled them eventually…well guess what? Still have not get the rest of my order. I think I’ve been more than patient with this company but I know now I’m not the only one and don’t think at this time I ever going to get my order or get my money back. Was very disappointed in the lack of service. Took over a year to receive my order from the time I placed it. Placed it Jan/Feb 2020. Received early Fall 2021. Several attempts where made to contact help desk for status updates. Received random communication/responses indicating that it was coming. Continued following up with no comms and at one point I had to use Instagram messenger to get some feedback. Even then it was hit or miss. Would never order another product from them again.
Love the product and they are true to size. I should have gone a size smaller. I think a medium size jersey would have been perfect
placed my order in June, today September 14th 2021.. still haven't received it. Don't lose your money there.
Love it! What an incredible experience from the very beginning. Ben is amazing and guided me through the whole process to get all my gear and product ready for the Ironman – including a badass design and outstanding features!! It’s been a while since a came across a company with such strong ethics that delivers quality product and services at this level! Totally recommended and 100% my go to moving forward!
You are authentic thieves. It took more than one year to get part of my order, and the other one never arrived. No answers on your side having sent dozens of mails. They should shut down your business.
I never received over $1000 worth of purchases despite repeated assurances that the items were being shipped. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. The fact that they continue to do business is astonishing. They are criminals.
You are still didn’t deliver my order, you never replied on my letters concerning my order. I will never place an order again. Order were placed on 15.05.2021. your email were telling that order should be expected in 4-6 weeks, but the shipment were sent in September… it is much more than 6 weeks….
One of the most appalling businesses we have ever had to deal with. My wife ordered bib shorts from this company and was told 4-6 weeks. She eventually waited for five months. The customer service ranged from non existent to aggressive. We have a voice recording where somebody from the company was actually shouting at my wife and accusing her of "playing games." This company categorically lied on two occasions saying that the order had already shipped when it hadn't. Despite all of this, my Wife was still excited to receive her bib shorts that she had waited so long for. Then the product arrived, and it is ABSOLUTELY not worth the money she paid for them. In terms of build quality they are on par with some of the most basic garments available on the market. Laziness has played a large part in much of the construction, and while the exact specifics of where flatlock, overlock and zig zag stitching should be used, one can't escape this fact. There was also no care label included on the garment which we are fairly sure is an offence under US Federal Trade Commission law (happy to hear differently) If she hadn't had such an awful time getting them I'm sure she would be more willing to forgive some of these faults, but as things stand, we are nothing but disappointed. They look cool, but that is absolutely it. (I look forward to being discredited as a consumer by the company, as they have with many other reviews on this site) EDIT AFTER COMPANY REPLY: I am a real customer who had a real experience. And yes, I do have an agenda: my agenda is to make sure other innocent cyclists aren’t scammed by your dreadful company. Look how many customers are complaining on Trust Pilot and you’re simply calling them all fake. It’s pathetic, and soon you will reap what you sew.

I do understand the set back of materials, manpower, delivery and shortages of many things all over the country. Thank you for your continued progress of trying to make everyone happy. Patience is a virtue!!!!
