Dec 01,2021When you purchase products from the outlet it is the only opportunity to actual receive product in a timely manner. If you want any other product you will have to wait until the end of time to actually receive anything. They are slow to respond and will try to discredit you if you say anything negative about them. I will just let my credit card company take care of the refunds as the products never shipped after almost a year of waiting. Would never purchase from this company ever again LTP13482- April 11th not delivered LTP13818 May 26th not delivered LTP13820 May 27 not delivered

Dec 01,2021Love the designs and products on offer. Sizing is always a bit of a guess when you buy internationally but the fit was good. Shipping to Australia was slow in comparison to other companies I bought from at the same time. Aside from delivery I would Totally recommend for original designs that break the boring cycling boundaries 👍🏻

Nov 24,2021Never received my items after 7 months of begging. If I could give negative stars I would. Ben Haas is very unethical in his dealings and is full of empty promises. As soon as you complain, you get blocked on every platform. Every negative review receives the same aggressive answer and LTP can never seem to accept any responsibility. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and rather purchase elsewhere.

Nov 23,2021I love these bibs. The qualify is great, they’re super comfortable, and, most importantly, they fit my thunder thighs perfectly. I’m 5’2 (on a good day), 145 lbs, and ordered a Medium. I will absolutely be ordering more stuff from Love The Pain.

But my credit card got charged.. you guy's always reply with "fake review" bla bla bla.. but still I have placed an order back in May and I still have not received it. Because you ship from the US.. how does Canadian post would have anything to do with this loll What's is wrong in the World today is to charge a credit card of honest people that want to do an honest transaction with a business and then not only we never ear from you but when we do, it's on a site like this.. well done, I don't love the Pain that much hahaha. Never again, and trust me I buy a lot of gear every year. Your lost.
